The service was excellent! The staff worked tirelessly even during the New Year holiday, which we really appreciate. When we found a bedside lamp wasn't working due to a loose connection late at night, a kind lady quickly replaced it for us. The hotel's location is fantastic, right on a pedestrian street. Despite that, it wasn't noisy at all, and they even thoughtfully provided several pairs of earplugs in the room.
