The room is neat and tidy. The location is convenient for passengers to take trains at Shenzhen North Station. The receptionist is kind and helpful. When I asked how to make remotion control into function, he helped me as soon as possible.

Got upgraded to a TV room but the room is not exactly sound proof. Basic necessities is all complete. Plenty of food nearby. But with luggage, the location is a bit far from subway but still manageable distance

The staff doesn't speak English, but they're very friendly. The hotel is located in a sort of building complex. There's plenty of cheap food nearby, as well as street food. The hotel was clean and there was very little noise.

My parents came to Shenzhen to visit friends and went out to look for a hotel. It was drizzling outside and they were a little wet. We went to the first one. The service was OK but the room was not good. We went to the second one, Haiqin Bay. As soon as we entered, we said hello at the front desk and were immediately handed over tissues. My mother said it was very heartwarming. It seemed a small gesture, but it was thoughtful and warm. We decided on this hotel right away. We were not disappointed when we entered the room. It was very clean. The room was not big but it was very good in a place like this next to the North Station. My mother told me to give a good review, so of course I had to listen.
