很舊的酒店 走廊也沒有空調 環境偏亂 一棟樓裏不僅是衹有酒店 還有各種不同的辦公室 會所 很亂雜七雜八 而且電梯除了房客有各種外來人口 反正我覺得我很不安全 房間也有異味 服務態度也一般 而且這種環境對不上我消費的情況

應該是我住過環境最差，衞生最差的麗楓酒店了。
房間發黴，椅子臟得慘不忍睹。被子上有血跡，黃斑。實在是太累懶得換房，這衞生還不如一些一兩百的酒店！謹慎選擇！

住酒店以來最差的一次體驗了，豪華大床房285元，入住後發現特別吵，房間在0層，窗户靠近馬路邊，再三核實窗户關好後，車輛噪音特別大，根本不具備休息的基本條件，電話前台換房間，態度也很差，答覆豪華大床房都是靠路邊的，預訂頁面和入住時都沒有提醒房間靠路邊會吵。要求換房間可以，需要加30元，後又説因為我們已經入住了，要保潔核實確認是否要另外收取保潔費，保潔態度也不好，過來看了後説動過被子了要收保潔費（入住後確實已經換了酒店的一次性拖鞋，在床的被子外面躺着休息了一下），説前台會聯繫我們溝通換房間的事宜。等了快半小時，也沒人聯繫，再次電話前台，説需要下樓去辦理，換房間一共需加收60元（30的換房間差價，30的保潔費），我們同意換房間，更換後的房間與最開始的房間格局一樣，但是不靠馬路比較安靜。但是酒店的設施也很一般，淋浴間下水慢，壁燈衹能開不能關，部分傢俱或櫃子也有損壞部分，酒店衹有1/10/11樓，其他樓層是其他公司辦公場所，總之不是很滿意。第一次住麗楓，不會有第二次了，服務甚至比不上一兩百的酒店。不推薦入住。

前台小姐姐對客服務很熱情.外面停車方便，衞生很乾凈 ，小姐姐鋪的床很整齊。小姐姐很熱情。房間看來，很美觀，很精緻。小姐姐們佈置的主題房好美。

酒店在位於主幹道邊上，地鐵吉祥站點附近，交通方便，出行便利。周圍有餐廳小吃店和大商場，餐飲購物方便。酒店入住快捷，衞生、設施條件較好。靠地鐵一邊的客房白天地鐵經過時有噪音。
