I booked a single room and checked in at 5am. The front desk helped upgrade it to a family room. The so-called family room is based on a single room with a 1.2m small bed. The room is generally large, and the bathroom is large, but there is no toilet cover, the bath towels are not disinfected or washed, and there is only one set of bath towels in the room.
