It’s a quick business trip and second time stay in Raffles Shenzhen, we had wonderful stay as last time.
Special thanks to the Butler team arranging little surprise for my birthday and the beautiful setup in the room. Frieda, Andy, Kathryn, you guys are making the guests staying experience special.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Leon and Frieda from the Butler team for their exceptional service. We felt welcomed from the start, and our two-day stay was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel's facilities are pristine, though I noticed the concierge team might be understaffed.
I'd like to apologize to the Chief Concierge for forgetting to return a beautiful lighter. Despite this, our experience was fantastic. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and making our stay memorable.

The scenery is a bit different than expected, but they are all qualified hotels. Not very good value for money. It should be in the middle of 5 stars in my mind.
