Very close to beach only 5mins walk. Room is a bit deteriorated. But the staff are very helpful. If I go to the Damaisa beach, I will book again!

挺滿意的，離海邊挺近的，走路幾分鐘就到了，旁邊就有吃飯的，挺方便了，周邊環境好優美，放假過來玩幾天很放鬆心情，

地方好舊，房間好暗，東西破爛，水溫不夠熱。燈泡一個在閃，一個不亮，要求更換，職員說不能更換，自己開門就走了…就沒有然後了…一點交代都沒有了。

酒店最值得誇讚的是地理位置，離濱海公園很近，走幾分鐘就到了，下樓過個馬路就到奧特萊斯了，逛街就很方便。但是酒店本身也有槽點，因為很老所以各方面都一般，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有送礦泉水，洗澡的浴室沒有放東西的架子

住了三間酒店，這間最差；不建議大家踩坑！
1、熱水器的水一會兒冷水一會兒高熱🥵，兒子洗澡洗了一半（頭上打着泡沫，身上剛剛淋濕），等着服務員來調。（在哪裡都是這麼調的温水，服務員説我們不會調水温🌚🌚🌚），這就説明這些房間沒什麼人住，不然洗澡的水温不正常。
2、因為一直調水温，熱水器一直開着，兒子澡沒洗完，發現廁所馬桶旁出水口堵了，從淋浴間流出來的水一滴也沒流出去。
3、堵水了，要求前台送個吸水拖把，結果送的布拖把，要掃把沒掃把……
4、要求把堵水的問題解決，前台居然説整個維修部休假了……
5、不能解決堵水問題，要求能換房也行，服務員説沒有房間可以換，住🈵了。
6、噪音大。
7、房間衞生不乾淨，一晚上抓癢，不知道哪裡癢。（有蟎蟲還是隱翅蟲……）
綜合以上所述:以後有朋友，或者是自己有機會還來，絕對不會住此酒店。告誡後面要來的朋友！

房間很大，佈局也不錯，衞生條件也比較好，交通比較方便，周圍商業不發到，買東西不方便，但是，吃早餐還是有兩個地方。不知道我晚上入住比較晚，還是其他原因，感覺服務態度比較冷。
