個人覺得環境還是不錯的，有種古色古香的感覺，我們原本定的房間原本沒有陽台，但是有客人連住了其中一間，老闆就幫我們免費升級成有陽台的，另一間我們也自己升級了還附帶樓頂。房間的設施和裝修都很棒，有智能馬桶～
房間沒有電視，但是可以跟老闆娘拿投影設備～免費提供
停車可以停在外面，走的時候跟老闆娘説，可以免費。而且停車場離酒店不遠。
附加：老闆娘很熱情～我覺得超nice~
晚餐打包的食物忘了拿筷子，衹能大半夜找老闆娘要，老闆娘敷着面膜幫我們找一次性筷子😂

這是一家很有格調的民宿，每次來沙魚涌玩必住。房間裏配備了智能馬桶、電動窗簾、投影儀，很是高級。床品也是老闆精心挑選的，睡着很舒服，可以緩解一天的疲勞。最重要的是老闆和老闆娘人特別好，可能是因為他們閲歷豐富的原因，和他們特別聊得來，喝着老闆娘的手沖咖啡，天南地北的侃，極度舒適。

房間設施不錯，佈置的很温馨！老闆娘很熱心，會給出遊玩建議，管家也很貼心，有問題隨時解決。
302樓上有個露台，可以賞月。房間光線很好，還可以用店家投影在房間看電影。
走路去沙灘大概十分鐘路程，沙魚涌的沙灘不是很大，好在人不多。週末如果開車進來有點費勁，畢竟地方小，配套還要再完善就更好了，吃飯選擇的地方太少了。

交通：客棧沒有停車位，要在村裡找位置停車，帶行李箱的會很痛苦。
衞生：不知道是不是剛裝修，進屋一股黴味，還有小強滿天飛。
服務：老闆服務態度真的不太友好，不管是迎客還是退房，我們第一天晚上很晚才到，第二天中午在外面吃飯回去晚了，老闆娘告知12：30前必須退房。
價格：700多元一晚，真的覺得性價比太低了。

朋友強烈推薦的一家民宿，沒有失望！衞生很乾凈，房間無異味，還有淡淡的清香！床墊和乳膠枕也很舒服～
缺點：景區的配套不豐富，選擇少！還好旁邊不遠有個購物中心。
優點：民宿很美，海灘很美，海水很乾凈，能趕海 能釣魚，有綠道，不喧鬧！
非常值得推薦的一家民宿（老闆娘還有很多攻略推薦哦！）

系統推薦的一家寶藏民宿，果然很驚喜！
客房設計簡潔，衞生乾淨，房間有投影和小愛同學，智能馬桶，秒出熱水，還有一次性馬桶墊，滿滿的關愛細節！
公共空間很多鮮花綠植，滿滿的生機勃勃，很多民宿喜歡用假花和假綠植，總給人一種沒有温度的感覺，但素錦別院滿滿的温暖細節，第一眼就真的很愛，還有很多老闆娘的獲獎證書！果然民宿的靈魂在老闆娘身上。
沙魚涌雖然小，商業配套也需要提升，但沙灘和風景卻是無敵，大大彌補了好感度！
還會來沙魚涌，依然會選擇素錦別院！值得推薦！！
