房間很好，粉粉嫩嫩的，我很喜歡。住了六天五晚，靠右邊的電腦瘋狂自動重啟，從第一天開始修到我走還是瘋狂重啟，説是內存條的問題，換了兩次還是沒用，電競酒店秒變酒店，設備方面配置還行，就是問題太荒謬了.打個遊戲一局重啟五六遍…

房間挺大，電腦運行流暢，床上乾淨無異味睡得挺舒服的。廁所還有加熱馬桶圈。

沒有電梯，要搬行李有點麻煩，煙味重，房間被子不是特別乾淨，看得到小黑點，酒店的裝修還是不錯的，一些小問題希望酒店能跟進改善😮💨

酒店概念是電競酒店
設施看似到位 但衞生和服務真的不太OK
晚上躺床上，床上不知從來隱約一股奇特臭味 好像是被褥或枕頭裡麪

房間還可以中間有個隔層隔開區域 不過門口停車要注意看一下上面的路牌…門口是收費停車場直接違停了…住那麼多家這家是唯一一家延到2點要收費的 比起其他的電競酒店 體驗一般般 在龍崗這個價格完全可以去其他的電競酒店

酒店不錯，服務差得要命，特別是前台兩個女的，入住的時候要按金我就不説了，我説先幫我辦理入住，一會微信發過去硬是要我先轉按金才能入住，規矩是死的人是活的。退房的時候，讓儘快退按金給我，再三強調，要儘快，退房到離店硬是等了一個小時才退。到12點退房時間沒有睡醒，直接打開房門，連敲門都不會嗎？你也可以致電給我要不要續房。總之服務就是個垃圾，搞得我欠你錢一樣。按金收取也不合理，收到個人微信賬號，等着被工商管理局查封吧
