The room was very nice and clean. Brother Li at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The airport drop-off service was also very considerate. We were also given a late check-out after our flight was delayed. I had a very happy stay.

Living in the most basic room type was really ok. It was very noisy because it was next to the elevator. I felt so uncomfortable after lying on the bed for a while. I had to change rooms. The upgraded room was great! If there is express delivery, they will be on the shelf next to the hotel entrance. It feels a bit unsafe. The picture below shows the upgraded room.
