I got a FAKE non-smoking room with thick cigarette smoke which made me wear a mask all night.
Also found some others' hair in the room...
Both were gross for me.
You won't get a refilled candy and tea bags when stay for several nights.
The mattress was good, soft and bouncy, and the stray cats in the lobby are cute and friendly.
Hi mate, you must have other much better choice for a clean and comfortable hotel nearby with the same cost.

Hotel is good for solo business travellers. Breakfast could have more options even for Chinese. Almost nothing to eat for vegetarians. Location wise in the middle of market places and a metro station is also close by.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk is polite and smiling, the cleaning staff is courteous and thoughtful, the service facilities are complete, and you can see the sunset from the window while sitting on the bed. It has become the first choice for accommodation in Shenzhen
