周邊環境不錯。旁邊是來福士商場。吃飯逛街看電影挺方便的。房間設施齊全。洗衣機，冰箱都有出差幾天買個麪包和水果放冰箱保鮮挺好的。房間衞生乾淨，整潔。前台服務熱情周到細心。值得推薦。

旁邊就是來福士商場，吃飯購物非常方便，近南油地鐵E出口，房間舒服通風，訂的精品一房，免費升級了一房一廳的套房，床也很大，衞生清理的也特別乾淨，價格實惠，太值了，房間設施齊全，洗衣機，冰箱，廚房都有，套房裡麪還提供了廚具，有喜歡做飯的可以展示一下廚藝哦，陽台也特別大，樓下是南海公園。下次過來還住這裏

在一棟大廈裏面的10-20樓，風景還可以，對着公園。房間裏空調，洗衣機，冰箱，微波爐，燒水壺，灶台和傢俱都有也齊全，但是，非常陳舊，還有那種90年代的竹編小馬車拖着假花的小擺設。一進門就發現水槽裏有很小的一衹小蟑螂。可能心理作用，就覺得臟臟的，所以衹住了一晚，剩下兩天給退了。
優點：服務態度很好，也很順利給我退了後面兩天的房費。
另外有一條黑色連衣裙我忘記帶走了，我放在一個白色布袋裡麪，非常確定肯定在房間裏沒拿走，但是電話過去問時，清潔阿姨説沒有，所以也算了。390的價格不太值得。看個人需求了，畢竟交通也算方便。

在商住樓裏面那種，隔壁都不知道是什麼。衞生間味道特別大，自來水漱口都覺得水也很噁心。床品在床上皺皺巴巴的樣子。客廳噪音太大。床又硬。被子潮濕。服務根本沒有，前台在樓上，進門就像是進了個倉庫，又臟又暗。
