這算個賓館，裝修比較新，離學校比較近（華僑中學）。下樓一條街都是食餐館，走過沒多遠，就是京基百納廣場，購物方便。
缺點：沒有電梯，樓梯很直很長。隔音效果較差，沒有中央空調。比起公寓式酒店還是有點差距，相當公寓式酒店的收費。停車場走的比較遠，收費也不便宜，35塊錢一個晚上。房間相對比較小。基本的兩衹水都沒有收

地點十分好，步行5分鐘便到永東大巴站，附近超級多食肆，白石洲是個不夜城，超市食店很多都24小時，晚上11時整條街還是車水馬龍。
