Gave it a second try at this hotel.
From last time stay , there’s no much improvement in staff’s attitude. It may be the management policy.
Minibar is a joke. Except complimentary water , nothing there to consume. Was not pleasant at check-in.
However , it’s clean and neat.

4-star hotel, so bad. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. Not only was the breakfast not rich, but there was basically nothing to eat. I went to have breakfast at around 8:50 and there was almost nothing. The waiter said they would add more, but after that Only one egg fried rice was served in half an hour. The child paid 29 yuan. He couldn't even drink some soy milk, and there was no refund! The hot water kettle has no indicator light, and the water does not jump when it is boiled. My fingers were burned! The hygiene is also poor and there are hair! The surrounding environment is also bad. There is no place to eat within 3 kilometers. It’s really not worth it!

住的c區，還不錯，設施很新，要從b區穿過去，比較遠，但更安靜。房間和衞生間都很大，衞生間帶浴缸。窗户外面是酒店內部小公園。

第一:入住時前台完全沒有笑容算了，感覺還帶着不耐煩的表情，第二:如果我沒看錯的話，訂單是有早餐的，辦入住時沒有告知早餐的地點和時間之類的。完全沒有，這個不是每個酒店都會做的嗎？何況還是當地比較好的酒店。雖然我基本不吃。第三。房間有浴缸，但是沒有浴缸套，打電話問前台，前台説酒店不配浴缸套，好，我再問有沒有浴缸套賣，前台説沒有，賣完了，沒有，啊，這，合著等於是這浴缸是擺設唄？第四:衞生。洗漱台有一個很明顯的什麼東西，這個我不追究了，我也不想叫人來看，沒意義。大無語😒
