晚間要了床被子 被罩居然需要自己套？凌晨入住問是否能兩點退房被告知過了一點系統自動加收半天房費 五星級酒店都不這麼騙人了好吧 客遺了一個對我很重要的髮圈 打電話找 被告知房間裏沒有找不到 明明是打掃的時候扔了 真的是太差了

無語死了 説一點退房讓我趕緊回來收拾東西 我回來了又告訴我兩點退房 給個好評就行 我説那為啥那麼著急讓我一點前趕回來呀 人家又説啊這是我們的規定 巴拉巴拉一大堆 屋裡衞生也很差勁 毛巾都不乾淨 顏色都不是白的 灰不拉幾的 床上也不乾淨 也不隔音 晚上兩點還能聽見隔壁男的説話 吵死了 再也不會去第二次
