前台的服務人員非常有耐心，店內的環境優美，房間舒適，衞生好，房間內的洗漱用品也非常贊👍，總之必須給五星好評！樓下就有吃飯的地方，非常適合到鹿泉旅遊。

衹能用完美來形容！設施很新，淋雨水流大，造型有未來感，床很舒服，裝修風格別具一格，而且細節十分用心！性價比十分高，有幸住進這家酒店，直接圈粉，以後鹿泉衹住這裏！
前台小姐姐服務十分熱情，還幫我免費升級了房間，簡直太棒啦！

床不是很軟 環境好 有休息區 還有魚池 鞦韆 市中心 方便服務也還可以 房間速度快 淋浴也很方便 有三個調節 燈光温暖 好看

隔音效果差，噪音持續時間太長，斷斷續續持續了兩天，嚴重影響到睡眠質量。其他地方到很好，就是這個太差了，住了兩夜，被隔壁吵的兩夜沒睡好。

同學推薦來的，挺簡約，關鍵是還有微波爐冰箱可以熱東西存放東西，要是打算長期住的家人們可以選這家，就是延遲退房需要加錢哈哈哈哈，不過我還是挺喜歡的，房間挺整潔的，除了隔音效果不太好除外
