Shijiazhuang Qiaoxi District Hotels

Overall, I was pretty satisfied. What I liked: 1. The minimalist decor was quite to my taste. 2. Disposable toiletries, such as toothbrushes and tissues, were good. However, razors needed to be requested from the front desk as they weren't provided in the room. 3. They offer a 10-yuan taxi reimbursement for rides from the train station, which typically covers the exact fare. I just forgot to claim it. What could be improved: 1. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible. There was constant noise from upstairs during the day, and the room next door was incredibly loud at night. 2. I wasn't a fan of the reusable slippers. Every morning at breakfast, they made a strange, squeaky noise against the floor tiles, which was quite unpleasant. 3. The hot and cold water controls on the shower were reversed, and the labels were confusing. Even for a frequent business traveler like me, it took some effort to figure it out; it was far from intuitive. 4. Connecting to Wi-Fi required scanning a QR code and then copying the password. It felt a bit convoluted; simply providing the password directly would be much easier and less redundant. 5. The elevators lacked keycard access, and the fire escape doors had no security control, allowing anyone to freely access any floor via the stairs. This made me feel the security was quite low. 6. The central air conditioning could only be activated through a smart speaker; the wall panel buttons were completely non-functional. 7. The hotel's 1km distance from the train station was a bit awkward – too far to walk comfortably, but almost too short to justify a taxi ride. 8. The breakfast area was small, and the variety of food was limited. When I arrived at 8 AM, most of the dishes were already gone, and I didn't see any replenishment. I also couldn't see the kitchen area. 9. I couldn't get through to the front desk on the room phone. I wondered if the phone was broken, if there was a line issue, or if they were just busy. It was only after reaching out via the booking platform that I discovered the front desk extension was '6666'. This wasn't labeled on the phone itself, so naturally, I kept pressing the 'Operator' or 'Front Desk' buttons, which didn't work.

The price is cheap for the same hotel, and the breakfast is delicious with many varieties. It is a big hotel, very grand. It is very close to Shijiazhuang Railway Station, about 20 minutes walk. There is also a milk tea coffee shop nearby, Anhui Banmian across the street, etc. The food and drinks are good. There are also things to play nearby, such as the Sky City small amusement park and the flower, bird, fish and insect market, which are all on the left hand side downstairs. Thumbs up~

The experience of staying at Yunzhen Century is very good. What impressed me most during this stay was the service in the breakfast restaurant. Every employee has a strong sense of service and is very professional. When I went to the pancake stall to pick up the food, the chef 👨🏻🍳 was very enthusiastic. The restaurant manager XingChao introduced other delicious dishes and let me taste the delicious bean porridge. After I sat down at the table, Feng Jing brought freshly ground Italian coffee to me, and manager XiaoHao also brought delicious beef porridge. When I asked if I was leaving the hotel immediately, he also prepared water and wet wipes for my use when I left the hotel. It is really a hotel with super service🏨, I recommend it to everyone [strong][strong][strong]

The hotel is located in the city center, and there is a subway station just outside for easy travel. The reservation department called in advance to arrange the room. The hotel check-in was fast, the room was clean, and fruits were given. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and the service was very considerate. I will choose Ximei Hotel again on my next business trip.

Good experience overall, with great breakfast spread for the size of the hotel and great amenities such as laundry room and complementary water. The choice of the room scent I quites strange, a smokey scent reminding us of someone having smoked previously in the room, which is the most negative part about our stay in the hotel.

[2nd review since I booked 2 rooms] Location is within 7-10 minute walk from the main Shijiazhuang Railway station! Also can be accessed (about 5 min away) from Xisanjiao metro station. Both rooms were clean and spacious. However, the traffic in Shijiazhuang can be quite loud, and though we were on the highest (11th) floor, we could still hear the honks etc from where we were. It was less noisy by the time I went to bed, so that was fine. Still, an enjoyable stay and will definitely consider all other Ji Hotels when I am in China.

The room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with separate wet and dry areas for the shower and toilet. The drip coffee prepared in the room is delicious. The breakfast is rich and cost-effective. There are both Chinese and Western food, and the breakfast dishes are delicious. Free parking. When I checked in, I had some western pastries that I had just bought, and when I left, I had some coffee and candy.

Clean and hygienic, with excellent soundproofing. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and they even have late-night congee for evening check-ins. In the lobby, there's chilled water and drinks available. It was a great stay. During the summer, kids even get a blind box souvenir! Fantastic!

This hotel has the best service I have ever had. The waiter's attitude was excellent. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, clean and sanitary. The voice-controlled ”Xiaozhi Butler” can intelligently switch lights, curtains, and TVs. The room is cleaned every day and the wardrobe is equipped with pajamas and hangers. The wash basin has hand soap and a hair dryer. The bathroom has bath towels, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and an automatic flush toilet with a heated toilet seat. The hotel has special items that other hotels do not have: Heyi afternoon tea (drinks and water), Heyi sleeping gift pack, and a fruit plate delivered by waiters every day. The hotel has a free gym, laundry room and free breakfast. When you order takeout, a robot will deliver it to your door. When checking out, the waiter also gave us two bottles of hot water to drink on the way. It’s not just divine service, but it’s also a heartwarming and unforgettable experience. The only drawback is that the room is not soundproof, which is also a common drawback of most other hotels. When visiting Shijiazhuang again, Yitel Shijiazhuang is still the first choice.

First choice for business trips! The room is spacious and bright, the desks and chairs are highly comfortable, the high-speed Wi-Fi is super stable, and the facilities and equipment are complete. It is clean and tidy, and the location is very close to the subway station. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for travel. The front desk checked in quickly and efficiently, and could also help print documents. The details were perfect, the service staff was warm and considerate, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. This price is the best value for money to be able to live in such a quality! It is super worry-free for work and travel!
