酒店停車場大，停車方便，環境不錯，樓層視線景觀好，房間大，衞生乾淨。缺點：沒有空調，窗户沒有紗窗，入住時天氣比較熱，開着窗户，飛進來了蒼蠅，打電話問服務枱，説沒有蒼蠅拍，可以點滅蚊器。服務有待提高，一是下車時提行李，酒店員工沒有幫助拿行李的意識，問了一下服務枱，説不負責幫助拿行李，説酒店不是五星級的，不知道攜程怎麼掛的五星級。

朔州四季平朔大酒店，交通便利，酒店有停車場，面積挺大，停車還是比較方便的。酒店提供免費早餐，品種豐富，花樣多，比較有特色。房間比較乾淨衞生。適合商旅住宿。

這個酒店在朔州應該是“最好”的了，畢竟號稱五星級。但實際真的太差強人意了，洗手間下水有問題，花灑的支架是壞的，空調很差，早餐更差。特別是早餐……我沒見過品種這麼少，連個茶都沒有，也沒個餛飩……刀削麪巨鹹

在朔州算是比較好的酒店了，住着挺舒服，酒店餐飲也還可以。
但和其他山西酒店一樣有個通病或，9月份就沒有冷空調了。雖然9月温度不算很高，但最近白天最高温度也有28、9度，而且房間温度比外面高很多，即便晚上體感也有26、7度的室內温度，讓人很不舒服。

應該是城裡最好的酒店，整體住宿體驗很好，餐廳手抓羊肉強烈推薦。設施略顯陳舊顯臟，外牆玻璃都快成土幕牆了。早餐服務員好像沒聽説過咖啡

設施老舊，維護的太差，管理也很落後。
退房當天阿姨竟然開門來打掃房間；説是下午2點退房，11點門卡就無法開門了；前台服務員扎堆聊天，問點事情還板個臉，毫無服務意識；吃早飯，廚房阿姨吵吵嚷嚷聊個沒完。
入住感受和漢庭差不多，全季都不如，更不要高級一點的酒店了。
除了樓層高點，沒什麼值得體驗的。

房間非常大，視野特別好，床很舒服，離朔州市博物館非常近，後門有很幽靜的小路直接可以到，強烈推薦朔州市博物館，新大樓很漂亮，朔州歷史展示清晰，展品非常驚艷！

出差沒有什麼選擇入住了這裏，離開一會發現充電器在床上沒帶，然後聯繫前台就説問一下房嫂沒有充電器，當時我前腳走房嫂後腳進去，充電器在床上忘記裝包就沒有了，簡直是不可理喻，這麼大的一個酒店，招聘的都是什麼人，一個充電器都不肯還回來，這要是丟個手鐲戒指也別想找回來了，沒有遇到過這麼惡劣的店，前台服務人員也是素質一般，問什麼也不太清楚，整體服務水平較差，不建議入住。
