Holiday City Hotel

We took a 5-day reservation and checked in to the hotel. The employees were friendly, but the hotel's food was very bad. We were hungry for 3 days. They said there are tea and snacks in the afternoon. Dry stinky cake and wafers came every day. The meals were not in a condition to be eaten. take it

The hotel manager and all the employees were interested, they immediately took care of all our needs. We did not have any problems because it is in a central place in terms of location. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We stayed for four nights, we were satisfied. I advise.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOLIDAY CITY HOTEL! We stayed for a week from the beginning of July '22. We came with a group of people from our trip and we were probably the only ones in this hotel for the first days. When we wanted to check in, we waited almost 2 hours, the reception staff seemed surprised that guests had come to the hotel. Rooms are moderately clean (so I don't know what we were waiting for, certainly not for thorough cleaning) .. After a slight shift of the bedside table, thick layers of dust, dirty curtains as if somebody had spilled tea on them, shower windows as if never washed with detergents , bottles with shampoo and lotion all dusty in addition, as if started by previous guests and left for others .. Also no working refrigerator. Maybe someone would not pay attention to such details, but it disgusted me a bit. The only advantage in the room in such heat is that the air conditioning works efficiently and it was possible to cool the room quickly. Coming back to the service .. hmm, for me a bit of "ghost" service. We had an all inclusive option and you could not wait to make a drink at times, because there was no one behind the bar. Not to mention that coca-cola, lemon and even ice products were unavailable after a short time. In my opinion, very little professional. But that's nothing, the best hit was when on the second day we came for dinner at 8.30 pm (Information on the boards and at the reception, dinner between 19.00-21.00!) The lights in the canteen are dimmed, no plates or cutlery, and some scraps from the food .. Waiter whose miracle we got surprised that we wanted to eat. We have been to many hotels and it has never happened, so that half an hour before the end of the day we would not be served and not have anything to eat. Food generally monotonous, fast-food, for dinner the first 3 days burgers, another 3 nugets with chips (cold and wet). All made of old fat. The cook seemed to be cooking casually, not to mention adding food, because we did not experience something like that on his part either. When it comes to breakfast, one type of bread every day, no sweet rolls, etc., fried eggs and sausages, that's it. Meals in general very skimpy anyway, as probably everything in this hotel. If you want to eat something, you have to come on time, because then it can be different. At the start, there was also a problem with Wifi, the gentleman from the reception said "technical problem" and he could not explain when it will be possible to connect to the Internet. Poor coverage in the rooms to use the browser, even in the lobby you had to fight for a Wifi connection. Hotel generally labeled 3 or 4 stars but we would barely give 2 for the pool which was quite ok. Overall, we've already been to a few all inclusive and expected something better. If you are going with children, I sincerely advise against it. When it comes to animations, you can forget, we even had to turn on the music in the pool ourselves. I will say this if someone has no requirements and just needs to sleep and eat anything

Bad food from yesterday serving again. Tasteless food and no variety. Very monotonous. Boring hotel no entertainment. Shortage of cleaners, only make bed. No soap refills or coffee/tea/glasses. Battery remote does not work for air conditioning. bad hotel not for children no animation, no evenings. Swimming pool is nice and warm and clean and you can swim in it in the evening. No wifi Elevator malfunction Drinks often run out and no variety. Not worthy of 4 stars. Have had much better in a 3 star. Where I got snacks in between. Fruit is not fresh and bad sweetness. Fitness room has few machines and no lighting. Manager is a pickpocket. A waste of working all year and then such a hotel. Outside the hotel it is nice and the Mac Donalds or burger king is 3km. Beach is too far.

First of all, I would like to point out that the staff are incredibly friendly and well-intentioned people, the hotel is a place of complete freedom. Especially our friend Jihad at the reception and my friends working at the bar have no faults in the service, I thank you for everything.

Save your nerves. I am writing this review from this incredible hotel. We took a tour in Pegasus for 2.2k dollars for a standard room. Immediately before checking in, a question arose about wai fai to write to parents that they got there and everything is fine, to our surprise, wi-fi did not work, spoiler (it did not work all 7 days of our stay at the hotel. The manager offered us to buy from he got a sim card for $ 20. The vacation was completely ruined, boorish staff, food, dirty room and children. As soon as we checked in, there was immediately a problem with sticking the handle in the room, there was mold in the bath, a view of the bazaar, it was indicated on the tour that the hotel was 18+ but in the pool we saw a bunch of children.Food, alcohol is terrible, the food is completely monotonous, you will be served vegetables in vinegar, there will be no meat there, plates, glasses, dirty, I was provided with herpes after using the dishes. sheets and towels that refused to be changed and offered 1 euro for a change of linen., the refrigerator in the room did not work, they do not bring standard water to the room every day. absolutely diluted, Santo Stefano, compared to local wine, will seem insanely delicious to you. The corridors in the building are dirty. the window sill near each of our rooms was filled with dirty dishes that no one cleaned for days. The refurbishment in the room is disgusting everything falls apart. Of the bathroom accessories, only shampoo that does not foam. On the plus side, the hotel's private beach is really good, it takes about 40 minutes to walk to it, but there is a bus every morning. I advise you to avoid this place and never get fooled by the prices of this hotel. The maximum number of stars here is 1. It is better to overpay, all the blessings of a good vacation.
