it was a short getaway for me and my husband and this hotel was truly beyond our expectations. what we loved: 1. free pick up from airport and you can also easily arrange a trip to the airport for USD44 2. free massage for 2 pax which was super relaxing 3. super clean and beautifully designed room 4. exceptional service from the staff 5. the overall design and layout of the hotel was very calming 6. they provide free tuktuk rides to the city, just have to pay USD3 if you want a ride back only thing we did not like was that they only accepted NEW cash notes although everywhere else in Siem Reap accepted used notes. overall would definitely recommend.

I have never experienced such extraordinary hospitality as I did at Anansaya la Maison in Siem Reap. From the personalized welcome addressing me by name to the refreshing coconut welcome drink, the offer of a daily 60-minute massage, complimentary laundry service, and a bottle of wine waiting in my room, the attention to detail was impeccable. Although the shuttle tuk tuk to destinations required a $3 fee for return, the overall service was exceptional. At the swimming pool, I enjoyed free delightful treats like waffles and refreshing smoothies, all provided with warm smiles and genuine politeness. The staff consistently checked in to ensure my tours went smoothly, adding to the feeling of being genuinely cared for. Room 105, with its stunning garden view, was beyond compare. I am completely enamored with this hotel and its staff, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone I know. I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for treating me like royalty and creating an unforgettable experience.

Anansaya La Maison, located conveniently near Angkor Wat, offered a well-rounded experience. Negotiable scooter rentals provided by the hotel significantly enhanced our exploration flexibility. The standout feature was undoubtedly the complimentary massage, which was superbly relaxing. The hotel welcomed us with a free airport transfer, an appreciated gesture. However, a subsequent airport transfer incurred a $40 charge, which felt disproportionately high for the short distance involved and the current fuel prices in Cambodia. The maintenance of the hotel was exemplary, demonstrating the staff's dedication to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Our room faced the wall of an adjacent building, which, while not ideal, was a minor inconvenience as we spent most of our time out exploring. Breakfast options were basic but were partly made up for by the inclusion of delicious exotic fruits. A particularly convenient amenity was the complimentary laundry service, which we found very useful. A delightful addition to our stay was the daily offering of a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and a small snack by the pool, making our time there even more enjoyable. We chose to dine outside the hotel every evening, a decision we did not regret. The local dining scene offered a plethora of fresh and healthy options (checkout the vegetarian restaurants), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the culinary diversity of Siem Reap and enjoy authentic local flavors. In conclusion, Anansaya La Maison serves as a commendable base for visitors to Angkor Wat, with its blend of thoughtful amenities and excellent location. While there were minor drawbacks such as the view from our room and the charge for a second airport transfer, the overall experience was enhanced by the hotel's hospitality.

Everything is fine except the airport pick up was late for 30mins. It was lucky that was happened in the early morning and there was no traffic, otherwise we will late

Hotel staff and owner himself David were very personable, environment was superb and enjoyable to have a quiet stay. Didn't have a chance to try food so can't comment. Bed on very comfortable to gave a good sleep, cleanliness overall was good, fantastic bath tub for relaxing soaking👍👍

Best hotel ever! Free airport pick-up, ice towels, ice water and coconuts. Every waiter in the hotel is super enthusiastic. The room is super nice and the toilet is very unique! The small yard outside is very comfortable and not very sunny, perfect for having a drink in the evening! The hotel also gives you an hour of spa trea**ent and a bottle of red wine! There are also free tuk-tuks given away when you go to the city center, every time! There is also free laundry on the first day, no limit on the number of pieces! Sunlight is abundant throughout the hotel! Really suitable for vacation, absolutely worth the money

There are too many hotels in Siem Reap. I spent a long time choosing before the trip and communicated with several hotels by email in advance. Finally, I chose this one. After arriving, I felt that the decision was very wise. We chose the free airport drop-off, but since the hotel the day before was not far from here, the staff still sent a car to pick us up for free. The free airport drop-off car is a high-end business car, and it was sent by the boss himself. The sanitation is always clean and the waiters are very considerate. After arriving at the store, we were provided with Chinese service and a cold coconut (the coconut is very sweet! I can't buy such sweet coconut outside). Every day after that, free ice drinks and fruits were delivered to the room. The room is also quite large and spacious, and the air conditioning effect is good. The bathroom is a semi-open-air environment, which is quite interesting. The food here is delicious. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, and the taste is very good. If you are worried about the hygiene and quality of the restaurant outside, I think you can solve it in the hotel, both Chinese and Western. The free massage is quite good, the same quality as the spa center. There are two swimming pools, the scenery is very good, and it is also very comfortable to swim. Although it is not big here, it is very warm and the service is perfect.

I spent two days in Siem Reap during the Spring Festival. I had a combination of exotic attractions and good accommodation. I had a great time, thanks to this hotel. Unfortunately, I only visited Angkor Wat for two days and only stayed in the hotel for two nights. My photography skills are terrible, but the original pictures are beautiful when viewed straight out. Hygiene: Good. The bathroom is super big and full of real plants. The bathtub is huge and comes with bath salts. Environment: Good, spent a few hours lying happily by the pool on the last afternoon. Service: Good. After getting off the plane, the free pick-up with towels and coconuts was really nice. After a crazy day, it was great to have a full body spa. Some of the employees can speak Chinese, and most of them can speak English. I have no problem communicating in plastic English. It was my first time in Southeast Asia and I really enjoyed it. Ps: You can bring free drinks from the minibar when you go out. Generally, the trunk of a tuktuk includes a freezer. It’s great to drink ice-cold Coke on a hot day; I sent an email to the hotel using qq and they didn't receive it, but 163 did. Of course, you can also call directly. International roaming calls to Cambodia are not expensive. You can ask the operator for the specific cost.

I have received meticulous care from the moment I picked up the airport. The staff have good service attitude and are very friendly to people. The design of the hotel is in a leisure resort style. As soon as you walk in, you will feel very relaxed. The breakfast options provided are very diverse. And it’s exquisite. Will definitely visit again with my family.
