Was a very good stay and location was what I needed. I came back and my friend had the keycard they were helpful in opening the door for me since I stayed there for 5 nights.

Excellent service and patient / very accommodating staff! Room is a little dated but for the price you pay, it is an amazing value.

**The same hotel, dimly lit and gloomy, with a large courtyard. There wasn't a single person or car in sight. I was surprised why no one was staying in such a big hotel. There are only two people in the whole building: a paid front desk and a waiter who doesn't know how to use a card to unlock the door. Isn't this saving too much labor cost? Not only did the bed collapse, but the mattress also became "crooked" and the old sheets were stained.,, Seeing this situation, I asked to check out. The cancellation time was around 16:00 local time, but the other party never responded. (The time on Ctrip’s picture is the time after the third reminder was cancelled. I don’t know what Ctrip did. The time for the first and second reminders was gone). The front desk said that they needed to ask their superiors for instructions. Half an hour later, the superiors arrived at the hotel and agreed to refund half of the money. After they sent us away, they didn't give us any refund.

Because I checked out a little late, I was charged 20 US dollars. I really accepted it. How could this happen? But everything else is pretty good, the swimming pool is very good, and the breakfast is okay.

It was used at the end of December 2023. Until recently, we were closed due to the coronavirus, so I felt a bit lonely as there were few customers coming and going. However, looking at the reviews before the coronavirus, I think it was a lively hotel with high ratings. I think things will gradually return to normal from now on.

The hotel is close to the old street and the front desk service is very good. The page says that extra beds can be added for free, but in fact, I was charged a total of $60 for a three-person room for three nights. I asked for a receipt. When I reported the situation after returning home, Ctrip immediately solved the problem, which was very efficient! The hotel facilities are generally clean and well maintained. The room I was given was directly above the entrance hall of the hotel. There was a layer of dark glass on the outside. The window of the room shared a dark glass balcony with the next room. I couldn't see the sun all day long. The picture was taken at noon. Yes, there is no light at all. The hotel offered to change the room, but there was only one large bed and one small bed. When I made the reservation, I asked for an extra small bed. It was inconvenient and I was out playing during the day, so I didn't want to change. The swimming pool and everything are all in the back and I don’t know how to get there. Breakfast is good, both fried rice and fried rice noodles are available in Western style. But there are better options in Angkor at this price. Wouldn't recommend.

I booked a room at 5 or 6 in the morning and checked out around 12 o'clock that day. I thought it would be okay to take a rest. When I arrived, there were actually available rooms and the platform could make reservations normally, but I was told by the front desk that I couldn't check in. After negotiating for a refund, I waited for twenty minutes and was told that a room could be arranged. After checking in, the whole room smelled like a very uncomfortable experience.

The swimming pool is very good and the only highlight of the hotel. The hotel is very old and dated. The yard is very big

Stayed for 1 Night. The Hotel Location is Good near to Giant Ibis Bus Station, so it is very convenient if you travel from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap by Giant Ibis Bus.... It seems that the Hotel Staff is very Less... We never got any Luggage Assistance, while Checking In or Checking Out... The Hotel name has a Spa but No Spa is in Working Rooms are Good.... Hotel is Big & Good. The Hotel has a nice and big Pool with Green landscaping but seems not properly managed by the management in terms of staff & services.....

This is a delightful hotel, not far from the hustle and bustle of Pub Street. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were so polite and helpful. Not expensive and I would definitely stay here again. PS. The pool is large and very attractive.

We stayed for 16 nights which is unusual as we were visiting our daughter. During this time only 5 rooms max were occupied (out of 180) so it was all rather strange. Even more strange was that they put these together so that you could hear the next door guests. Staff were really nice and helpful. Spa was closed (even though on the website) and no one in the bars. The pool is lovely but used a lot for swimming lessons. Would be excellent if you were staying a few nights to visit Angkor Wat. Position is really good as quiet but easy to walk to the Royal Gardens. When we arrived no chairs on the balcony and only 4 hangers in the cupboard but this was sorted quickly.

Property is beautifully clean and bedrooms are very large. Swimming pool and garden is excellent.
