My trip to Siem Reap was surprisingly good! Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome fruits, and our luggage was delivered to our room. The hotel's surroundings offer affordable dining options, and there's a convenient minimart right across the street that has everything and accepts Alipay. The rooms and facilities are great, and the service is particularly excellent. A special thanks to the front desk staff who helped us yesterday afternoon. My Grab booking had an issue, and he noticed the error while helping us with our luggage. Thankfully, he assisted us in resolving it – really appreciate it! Overall, the service is fantastic, and all the staff are kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

This was one of my best experiences living here, the food and hotel staff did an amazing job making us feel welcomed and appreciated upon arrival and all fluent in English! They were an absolute bundle of joy to stay with. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was very big and nice.

Everything was perfect. the staff were very accommodating and approachable. the room was cleaned every day, very spacious, has a SMART TV, and very good city view. There is a minibar as well. The breakfast offers a good spread. I enjoyed it very much. The location is also very convenient. There is a 24/7 mini-mart just outside the hotel.
