Jinkai Shengyucheng Hotel Sihui

I just went back for the Chinese New Year. There were a lot of people setting off fireworks by the river in front of me at night. It was an unbeatable river view, a first-class enjoyment! Although it is not a new hotel, it is still very good overall!

The hotel and room facilities are well maintained. The waiters at the check-in counter are very kind, proactive and polite. I especially like their Chinese restaurant. They have morning tea and snacks in the morning. They are ready to order, steamed and fried. There are more styles and the taste is amazing. The aftertaste is better than the Western buffet breakfast.

The room is spacious, with a river view on the terrace, three meals a day are clean, hygienic and varied, there are yacht trips, it is also very quiet at night, and the hotel service staff are very good👍

Stayed for two days in a row, very good hotel, high cost performance, good environment!

When I was sleeping soundly in the early hours of the morning, the hotel customer service came to the store to inform me that the breakfast coupon was wrong due to the problem of internal staff. The next morning, the incident was reported and the reaction was: 1. The service attitude and attitude towards handling things were very poor; there was a subjective judgment that the guests did not have the habit of going to bed early and that the guests might have the intention of being greedy for small profits. 2. There was a problem of poor internal management of the hotel and the internal staff of the hotel were suspected of shirking their respective responsibilities. 3. It seriously affected the sleep of the guests, and there was also a desire to dispute this incident with the guests. I personally had a very bad experience of this stay.

The hotel says that the room has a mountain view, but I didn't see the mountain view. I only saw the noisy main road. The room is next to the main road, the windows are not soundproof, it is very noisy at night, affecting my sleep, I called the front desk, the waiter's attitude is average, poor value for money

The environment is very good, quiet, the room is clean and tidy, the location is right by the river, and the service attitude is very good

It's comfortable to live here, I will choose here next time
