The cleaning was not that good, just acceptable. But the worst of all is that I had already paid for everything just to GO and enjoy. At the time of check in, they told me that my payment for orbitz was not reflected and that I had to pay again. I explained to him that it had already been paid and I showed him my reservation with payment. I called orbitz and they told me that they had everything processed but the hotel did not reflect it. Finally Orbitz told me to pay and that they would refund me. Obviously I didn't pay again because I had already paid for orbitz. At the hotel they told me that this problem was happening frequently because they are no longer working with orbitz or booking since the pandemic. So I don't understand why they allow reservations and don't remove the hotel from this page. Definitely bad experience, IF you want to go, go but pay there. But they ruined my vacation since I spent an hour trying to explain and make them understand that I had already paid through orbitz and that I was not going to pay again.
