Love our stay here! Very new and clean with outstanding amenities such as Dyson hair dryer, bang Olufsen speaker and also sterra purifier. It's very near Havelock mrt and the staff are very friendly. It has a river behind the hotel for a nice little stroll after meal. Will definitely be back again!

It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc. But what really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family. All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience, I highly recommend checking into this gem. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

When I arrived at the hotel that day, the front desk staff quickly completed the check-in. I had already paid the deposit and got the card and was ready to leave. As a result, the front desk saw the message and asked for more than 60 SGD per child per day. Three thousand is equivalent to more than 1,000 RMB. What hotel can't I stay in! I also asked clearly that if I hadn't seen the message, I would have checked in. At the same time, since I had made an appointment for a duck boat that could not be refunded or changed very early that day, I told the front desk clerk at the time that I could leave my things there first and continue to communicate when I came back. As a result, they said no and I had to wait for the manager. Finally, we communicated at more than 5:40. Even if I took a taxi to take the duck boat, it was too late. I lost 950 yuan directly! 2. I stayed in two rooms for three consecutive nights. They came to clean every morning, but they didn't change the disposable slippers. It was fine on the second day of the first night, but they didn't change them on the third day after the second night. They were all worn out. I had to go to the front desk to find the clerk and they gave me new ones. Everything else was cleaned, but they still needed two pairs of disposable slippers. I don't understand.
