Professional concierge. Location okay. Breakfast, excellent.

Facilities: Complete Hygiene: clean Environment: good Service: The hotel is generally in an average location. It is in a slightly remote place with a lot of American tourists. It is a business and leisure hotel. The front desk service is basically good and the English communication is good.

It's not so central to the city as Centro, but it's a well-organized hotel.However, for us who have to go out to the city for lunch and dinner, I think the location near the city was better.

A fairly complete hotel, it is not in the center and the area at night is very lonely, very good facilities, very nice rooms, good value for money, good breakfast. We had a problem at the reception as they told us first yes and then yes and then yes we had to pay city taxes. I explained and showed that I had already paid them but according to them, Trip had not paid them so I had to pay them again, which left me a little impressed. On the other hand, the dryers are super old and they overheat and turn off after 30 seconds and stop working for up to 3 minutes, so it's better to bring a hairdryer.
