Clean hotel with an amazing pizza place right at the bottom. One of the best pizzas I've ever had!

Nice cosy hotel. Toilet+bathroom is a little small but room is quite spacious. Good cleanliness. Small breakfast variety but food quality is ok.

Small and too packed. The check out time is shorter than average at 11am and there are little to no amenities. Only saving grace is the location which is very convenient to walk to famous street markets and Chinatown.

The toilet is very dirty and sticky, looks like didn’t scrub for many months. Other than that, all is good

The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown and easily accessible via the Downtown MRT line—just get off at either Chinatown or Telok Ayer station. From there, it’s a short walk through the underpass straight to the hotel. It’s also within walking distance to Chinatown and Maxwell Food Centre. There’s a Cheers convenience store nearby, which is super handy. The room isn’t very spacious but just right for two people. Staff were friendly and provided great service with a positive attitude. Amenities like toothbrushes, a hairdryer, tea/coffee, and a hot water kettle were provided, which made the stay comfortable.

Perfect Location to visit the city, the hotel is clean, the service is great and breakfast is awesome on variety and quality.

The location was superb ! Lots of food options. Connected to train station. However, bathroom size was extremely small . Even Singapore public housing do not have such small bathrooms. I would advise foreign tourists to think twice because even I as a normal built Asian struggled to wipe myself after shower. It was suffocating ! Front desk service is not very friendly but maybe because they treat locals as such. The cleaning staff are very friendly though.

Amazing location and very convenient to get around to many well known attractions. Room was also clean and spacious with great amenities.

Very good location. Nice swimming pool. Nice buffet but can be improved by adding special dishes every diff day like Bak Chor Mee, Laksa, Nasi Lemak and etc.....

Although the room is tiny but they made use of the space smartly. This hotel is a very modern and sophisticated, located at the prime area and very close to a few tourists spots which all tourists should have no complaint on this. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this new hotel and i definitely will stay here again on my next trip.

Nice view and super near to malls and good food around. Downside is that the room is very small, but comfy for 1 night stay.

Booked for my bosses. They like it. Breakfast was crowded, refilled food was slow. Overall is good.
