Hotel staffs is great! Both SeGa & Sami at the front desk are very polite and friendly which is great!
Hotel needs an upgrade though. Only “problem” that exist is the fact that the surrounding Karaoke lounge’s loud music does sip through the window(s) which also need replacing. Hence the “needs update”
remark, as I’m an Interior Architect (RA & licensed in NYC) back in SG ~ my professional observations. Overall, great price for location and services rendered. 😊👌👍

Very small room for 3,stuffy,BR mould everywhere and smelly,charged around 150 SGD per night which is not at all worth.Lift was down till we left(2 days)but looks like not bothering to fix it and carrying the luggage was Himalayan task.Agoda should look into this.(not sure why 3 star for this property in your website)

Saw this at $6 deals, managed to get the deals.. but was happy for nothing.
Walking about 10mins away from train station.
The hotel is old and musty. Should be built more then 20years kind. The whole room has a smell.
The toilet was small, the shower head was moldy. The roof was also moldy.
The bed, the pillow the blanket has smell..
The counter staff is not flexible.
Couldn't stay any longer. With the standard like this.
It's just a waste of money.

The hotel location was a short walk away from serangoon road eateries and shopping centre's and mustaffa centre.
Room was a little small and bedsheets/towels and water bottles were not changed daily only upon request.
Staff was friendly and accomodating.
