Hotel very clean , nice n staffs always put on a smile n helpful very excellent service like the place!!!

Booked a staycation for birthday celebration and made some requests months ago prior to the stay. Service was excellent from check-in all the way to the club lounge. Special thanks to the crew for accommodating my requests. Room was spacious and clean. A little weird that there was no decorations unlike my previous stay at other hotels. The room was well renovated with state of the art functions. A pity that the TV does not have Chromecast feature. When we returned to the room after the evening cocktail, we were surprised to see a complimentary birthday cake in the living room. One thing to note is that the bathroom is a tad small and cramped. As for the executive lounge, the variety of food is not as wide as the other Conrad. However, the quality of the food makes up for it. We love the seafood soup and pasta. As always, such a delight to see JW Black Label whisky being offered. Breakfast wise was similar to the executive lounge where the variety at the other Conrad is better and wider. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Conrad Orchard and will definitely return again.

Amazing hotel with great amenities. Room was huge & spacious.

Pleasant stay

My overall experience was great. The hotel is very bright and modern. Location wise is convenient as bus stop is just in front of the hotel itself and subway is only a few meters away making it accessible for everyone. Their deluxe room is also spacious. I would surely book with them again when I return to Singapore.

I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast menu are the same everyday. Bathroom is small as expected in a 5 stars hotel. Some amenities need to request like cotton bud and shaver.

Everything was ok. Really clean rooms. The building is beautiful. The staff is very friendly .

I encountered a couple of really dirty towels, like brown crusted dirt.

The room is nice and clean. The front desk and executive lounge staff are very nice too !

Overall an amazing experience, the room was spacious and clean. Overall design very European. Had our anniversary celebration & we were provided with champagne & strawberries. Room features a powder room, walk in shower and 2 balconies. Overall really enjoyed it. However; we were notified that Conrad Orchard currently is overseeing some internal renovations and rooms with bathtubs are currently unavailable till further notice.

We really enjoyed our short weekend staycation. It was made extra special given that it’s the Christmas season and there was carolling and mulled wine. The room was very spacious and comfortable as expected. There was a nice seating area in the room which would have been a great place for in-room dining. The breakfast featured a good spread as well. The gym is very well equipped and new. All in all, a great hotel 👍🏼

The service was great through out. Housekeeping always on point.

we booked two rooms for four nights, unfortunately on the day of travel, our flight was delayed for over 6 hours and we did not make our connecting flight to Singapore so we had no choice but asked the hotel to cancel our booking (next flight to Singapore is two days time from the city we were in), it is our understanding that they would charge the first night that we are not able to check in, but rather they would charge us for the four nights for both rooms in full - no consideration to our circumstances which was clearly out of our control - I will never stay at a Conrad again, period.

Room is very comfortable and spacious with well decorated. Room is quiet and good for rest.
