I don’t know if I should give this hotel 3 or 2 stars, because is not even closer to be a 4 stars hotel. Firstly, when we arrived, they gave us a room that smelled terribly like mold and it was visible that it hasn’t been cleaned for months, no way for receiving guests. As in the photos below, that’s how we found the blanket in the closed, the bed was dirty and the bath wasn’t cleaned also. But, as we could eventually see, this is what “cleaned” means for them. We told the reception the situation regarding the mold smell and they told us that the maid will come and clean the room. We waited for a while for this to happen, but the smell and all the room was too awful, so we asked to change the room because some “cleaning” will not make the smell disappear. They gave us another room, with less smell, but with the same state of condition like the other. The floors haven’t been never vacuumed (as I saw, they are using just a broom and a mop). All the rooms are filled with humidity and that’s where the mold smell comes from. It happened to me to drop a phone charger under one of the sofas from the Junior Superior room. When I tried to reach it, I found a looot of dust and spider webs under the sofa, proof of the fact that the rooms have never been vacuumed. If you want to take a shower, you’ll have your own poll in the room. The shower cabin is not well designed and all the water is going outside the bathroom, to the room (like in the video attached), even if you have the shower cabin perfectly closed. This water destroys the furniture and makes more mold. The rooms are very, very cold, even if outside is a pleasant temperature. Because of the bad construction, bad isolation and the humidity, you feel like you are freezing inside the room. Also, the bungalows are situated on two floors each and if you have the room at the first floor, you’ll hear EVERYTHING from the rooms above you. Zero sound proofing. Also, this lack of good cleaning is not happening only in the rooms, but also in the whole resort. Every morning, the cleaning ladies are pretending to clean the restaurant during breakfast, but there were stains or food dropped on the floor that nobody bothered to take care of, while continually “cleaning” the restaurant area. The food is really great and some of the staff from the bar and restaurant is very nice. Also, the music is very well selected. The drinks are bad, specifically for all-inclusive hotels. Unfortunately, you don’t have very many choices, the desserts are not good at all (the worst I’ve ever tasted in an all inclusive hotel). The only good ones were the baclava and the ice cream. In the all inclusive package, water it not included. If you want bottled water, you’ll not receive (you have to pay extra for it), only in plastic cups. If you want to refill your own bottle from the restaurant, the staff will give you a tremendous look, like you’re not allowed to do it and making you feel like you are stealing something. Th
