Good hotel for a short break. Nice staff and thanks to James for being kind and accommodating our needs. Breakfast is good. Location is out of Swansea though. I wish there was a fitness centre. Free parking. Would stay there again

Staff were very helpful, very friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable. Plenty of on site parking. Breakfast was buffet style which was nice if a little basic

The last stop of the trip to Wales, a very ordinary hotel with low cost performance and average breakfast. It is a 15-minute drive from the polyester Thomas Center in the city center. not very recommended

The service quality is poor, the hygiene is poor, there are several yellow hairs on the bed, and then the toilet is blocked and cannot be flushed, and a power outlet is still broken. Any hotel at the same price is better than this one

Courtesy, friendly attentive staff.
Excellent cleaning in dining area. Tables cleaned after every use. Public areas very clean. Room cleaning almost 5 star but not quite.

Used as a base for the Welsh Winter Nationals. Great location and staff always very helpful and nice. Dove toiletries nice touch! Will no doubt stay here again.

Staff were excellent from arrival to departure. Room clean and tidy.
Excellent breakfast buffet.
In hotel small choice of menu but adjacent Harvester had large choice of meals.
Overall our opinion was e cellent and would use again. Big thanks to all staff.

So far this is the best budget hotel my family and I stayed in. The room was very clean, staff were all friendly and the breakfast although same with other hotels were very better tasting. The staff were very efficient and organised. I hope other holiday inn is the same.

I came for a holiday in Wales and chose to stay in a holiday inn express because I always go to holiday inn express. The first day we went out very early so we missed the breakfast but on the 18 october 7:36 we went to get breakfast so my son (13) and my daughter (8) took 6 pancakes each as they were tiny pancakes. But some of the breakfast staff were pointing and saying that it was 'disgusting' but they were just eating. After this my son and daughter were feeling very disappointed. I am disabled and this upset me really badly as it spoiled the whole day. However, the reception staff was very kind and polite as they responded quickly and nicely when we asked them for some sugar and milk.
(I don't know if I am right or wrong but because I'm Asian but uk's rules state that all people must be treated fairly. As we were the only Asians in the hotel at the time.)
