Very handy place to get on ferry. Very closed to ferry port. I stayed overnight. Including breakfast.

We had originally booked and received confirmation of an overnight stay at Pension Laura. However, they didn't have room for us anyway, so we were instead referred to the nearby hotel Eliza. We were received by a very friendly young woman who assigned us a room including breakfast, which we had not had at Pension Laura. The room was pretty good. However, there was a slightly strange smell and a very noisy fridge which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. All in all OK for a single night.

This little hotel is up the main road in skiathos town and a few feet up the hill. Take the road not the northern stairs. The rooms were clean with excellent air conditioning. The woman at the front desk was very kind and even helped us up the stairs with our luggage. Each of our rooms had a double bed and bunk beds. The only down side is that the beds are rock hard. If you don’t like the sound of happy children, there is a preschool next door.

Horrible guesthouse! Bad smell in the room for the entire duration of the stay. Dirty mattresses and very uncomfortable pillows. Horrible bathroom: small, dirty, smelly, shower tray without even a curtain and with a clogged shower drain as it flooded every time we took a shower. Very limited and low quality breakfast. Old and broken furniture (there were some broken drawers). Very small private veranda with an absolute lack of privacy given that the room exited right into the external breakfast room of the pension. Unsatisfactory communication with the structure and absolute lack of care in solving problems. Very low quality-price ratio based on what they offer. I wouldn't go back even for free! A nightmare!!!!

Nightmare retirement. Room with basic furniture and broken, the wardrobe drawer was dangling. The room had a nauseating smell of sewage. Terrible bathroom, broken tiles, rusty taps and clogged shower drain. Dirty sheets. Unsatisfactory staff.

The property is located 2 minutes from the center of Skhiatos. The rooms are quite modern, very simple and also clean. The breakfast is poor, with no fresh products (0 fruit for example). The main problem is the soundproofing: unfortunately I got the room adjacent to the road on the ground floor and when mopeds, cars or people passed it seemed like they were in my room. However, I recommend this property for the price and location but I advise you to request (if possible) a room on the upper floors.

I stayed in this guesthouse with my wife and two children. I found it quite cheap considering that it is practically located in the alleys of the city center of Skiathos. Excellent location. 2 km from the airport. There are supermarkets in the area. The rooms are basic, although we were lucky enough to have a double room with two bathrooms (I don't think all quadruple rooms were like this). The only drawbacks are the lack of parking, which you can find about 100/200 meters away and the very basic breakfast. For the rest I would say that for the value for money I would recommend this structure to you travellers. Thank you

Pension Eliza is located in the city center, room delivered to us immediately despite our early arrival by a few hours, spacious and probably recently renovated with large bathroom with brand new shower, kettle, air conditioning and balcony directly overlooking the wonderful Skiathos Town, wi fi works perfectly. Good well assorted breakfast; during our stay of only four nights, the bed linen was also changed. Highly recommended.

Ho prenotato 12 giorni alla pensione Eliza e devo dire che era tutto come da descrizione!! La consiglio vivamente per la fantastica posizione la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria e le camere spaziose...la nostra anche con una bellissima vista sulla città! Nota di merito anche per la zona breakfast non tanto per la colazione in sé ma per il terrazzino! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
