Pineapple Skiathos

Everything is very basic, there are no lights, switches or sockets near the bed: so keep the room dark or with daylight. No shower gel and no shampoo, only hand soap diluted with water...The curtain was ruined and although repaired after notification it did not flow completely. Towels changed only on request. "Toy" safe with no batteries, never inserted despite the warning.

The must for this guesthouse is Ideal. Let's start from one main aspect... Cleanliness. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the cleaning with the change of linen such as towels and sheets is DAILY... excellent. Then it is ideal for the location. It is located on the corner of Papadiamanti Street which is the main street of Skiatos for evening or afternoon walking where there are bars, shops, restaurants until you reach the port. And then it overlooks the provincial road that connects the entire southern part of the island to reach the beaches. The provincial road where there are bus stops every 2,300 meters... Next to the entrance there is a bar (nothing special) but 50 meters towards papadiamanti there is a beautiful pastry shop bar for breakfast. A few minutes walk away there are 2 supermarkets, one smaller and one very large, we are talking about a 5-6 minute walk for the large market and 2 or 3 minutes walk for the small one. For the family who wants to enjoy the sea and walks in the village it is ideal. Obviously it is not luxurious and does not have excellent finishes but for a comfortable and comfortable stay it is more than fine. My room also had a large window and a shared balcony with tables and chairs. Truly recommended for those who want to go to Skiathos and find an excellent place to stay at an affordable price.

Struttura carina per qualche giorno, molto vicino al centro di Skiathos e a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus e dal supermercato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Unico difetto: la pulizia delle camere e sopratutto dei bagni.

Τα κουφώματα ήταν χαλασμένα , ρεσεψιον δεν υπήρχε ποτέ, κάμερες δεν υπάρχουν πουθενά ,μπαίνει όποιος θέλει όπου θέλει κ καταλήξαμε να κλέψουν από την φίλη μου αρκετά χρήματα που τα είχαμε μέσα στο δωμάτιο χωρίς να μας αποζημιώσουν κ χωρίς να δείξουν κανένα ενδιαφέρον. Αντίθετα μας κατηγόρησαν ότι δεν έχουν καμια υποχρέωση να προσέχουν τα πράγματα μας, όσο λείπαμε από το δωμάτιο και τα πταγνατα μας ήταν μέσα ..

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura 4 notti durante l'ultima settimana di Luglio. L'unica nota positiva é la posizione, trovandosi a pochi minuti dal centro della cittadina di Skiathos, quindi nessuna ragione di prendere un mezzo per raggiungere ristoranti, locali. Per il resto la struttura la sconsiglio: personale che non parla inglese, camere piccole ed asfissianti, pareti di cartongesso (zero privacy). Inoltre, abbiamo potuto constatare la totale indisponibilità della proprietà per risolvere un problema che ha causato un grande disservizio a tutti gli ospiti, ovvero la totale mancanza di acqua in bagno per dalle 19 del giorno 28 luglio alle h 9 del giorno successivo. Mai successo in tutti i soggiorni che abbiamo fatto. A tutto ciò si aggiunga un livello di prezzi eccessivo (piú di 100 euro/notte) ovviamente non giustificato dallo scarso livello qualitativo della struttura. Non andateci.
