Great hotel,feel really comfortable and 100% recommended this place

I’m going stay here tonight. But you guys are asking for a review now. What is this? 🤨

I recently closed on some property in Evanston and needed a place to stay. I knew this hotel for years from the outside and was very happy with the room once I got in. It’s modern and clean and overall very nice. The only problem I had was the sheer size of the complex and the maze of hallways in order to find my room.

Inconsiderate folks next door, loud talking and banging noises till 3am. Substandard rooms even though I paid extra for a superior room. Refilled shampoo/bodywash and moisturizer bottles.

Pool was not heated, in fact was ice cold. Which was a little disappointing considering that's one of the reasons we picked this particular hotel. It was a large pool though and the hot tub was perfect. Rooms were nice. Windows on the interior were a little strange. The TV guide was appreciated. No caffeinated coffee in the room but decaf and tea options available. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Certain staff nice other managers are rude stay is nice comfy except for deposits never are returned properly to account over 300 dollars in deposit missing report it to numerous of staff problem never solves other than that it is a nice dinning atmosphere and people were friendly there but need to work on correcting policy's and lake of commutation fixing issues

The toilet in the room was toddler size. Not everyone who stays in a hotile are young and agile. Some are not as young and fragile.

The hotel was nice very comfortable even if it was a bit busy. Great environment really recommended it for a relaxing or business experience.

Nice and clean location, close to highway and close to shopping place and restaurants. Friendly staff and I got the room at reasonable price. I am very happy.

Great overnight at this Holiday Inn. Right off I94… easy to access the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the pool and had drinks at Bar Louie. Bed was a bit too firm for me and the heater/ AC was noisy, but overall nice stay.

I always have a great experience at this hotel. I stay here for weeks at a time for work. Malek the manager always gives great customer service and makes me feel VIP when I stay there!

The front desk at checking had someone new, who was lost when it came to third party booking. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in.
