The location on the golf course is amazing, Hotel is very familiar and we use to go since many years. Rooms are nice but in the meanwhile a bit old, has to be renovated actually. Restaurants Seashell at the beach and Spikes at the golf course are quite okay and you have wide range of food menu. Staff is very friendly, unfortunately the had to rotate. We missed Nader at the Spikes Restaurant, he was always there and gave a lot of effort. Hope this will change again. Gym is okay, Sauna and steam bath are very old and has to be renovated soon. In total we can say, Hotel is nice but getting old.

This is the second time at Cascades I love the hotel , all things are excellent ( clean sandy beach, pool , the food tastes and quality are amazing as usual) All the hotel’s staff are very helpful For sure I recommend the hotel for those who want hospitality and calm vacations Can’t wait to visit it the coming year ISA

(+) Easy check-in procedures (+) Really best stuff ever (+) Supportive responsive stuff with beautiful smile in all the hotel (+) Great tasty food with excellent ingredients (+) Perfect pasta pink sauce with cheese (+) Restaurant stuff is amazing with special thanks to all chiefs and waiters Mina/Hosny/Hassan (+) Thanks to Mr Ahmed Hashem (General Manager) (+) Not crowded restaurant (+) Nice clean rooms with very good housekeeping services (+) Very clean beach 🏖️ and swimming pool 🏊♂️ (-) Animation team is new and they are working to add more night activities (-/+) U have to ride a bus 5 minutes to go to beach (bus is scheduled every 10 minutes) —＞ so this is not a problem at all (-) Need to add some chairs and bean bags to the beach

Amazing hotel, delicious food. Comfy beds and spotless rooms. Great food - particular thanks to Mohammed at the Seashell Restaurant on the beach, George at Spikes Bar and Sayed in the main restaurant but thanks to all staff who made our family New Year holiday really amazing. All of Mohammed Fawzy's staff made us really welcome on our 2nd trip to this great gem of a hotel. Can also highly recommend Orca dive school...

First time in The Cascades but for sure not out last. Let me start by naming tje best things, the spikes and beachbar have a great cooks. The hotel is peaceful oasis. The combination of desert, green gras from tje golf and sea make this a unique location and a golfers paradise. The evening buffet is not the largest I’ve seen but what they serve is tasteful. Hete you get suality over quantity. Last but not least, you get a army of friendly and helpful staff to make your stay relaxing and free of hassles. Again the place to be for a relaxing golf holiday in an hotel where loud kids are still to be found after 6 days 😁

Booked a deluxe sea view room ended up with pool view……Had a full on schedule, only realised it in middle of staying……Staff best to double check the order details beforehand……Food is good, nice collection of buffet and restaurant service.

It was the best accommodation i have ever had. Everything was perfect from the first day till i left. The best smiling, professional, high hospitality and clean and comfort rooms, especially Mr. Shazly in the reception team who was able to handle all our needs in a few minutes. And Mr. Hamza from the restaurant team who made us feel always comfortable with his high hospitality. Best stuff with always smile in their faces.

It was a great opportunity to visit this Hotel. We liked the food in restaurants, it's always fresh and nice. They have also a bar with snacks and drinks in the swimming pool. The personal is really friendly and helpful I can confirm that the pool was clean and not so deep for children. We will definitely come back and recommend it from our heart. Adel

Pros: good food and clean rooms Cons: there is no activities like the other hotels , the staff with very rude because we were going in this trip with a bank they always ask are you with the bank? And that’s something I can’t even understand why are they asking that , there is no drinks in the bar except sodas and not fresh juice any something else is extra charge and that is for all inclusive!!! All the bars closes at 10:00 pm except the adults only bar Last year i was there and there was snacks between breakfast , lunch and dinner but this year they don’t have it and all hotels have snacks in all inclusive board!
