It wasn't until after I booked, I received the message that the property was under construction. The carpets were being ripped up, the walls were scraped up. The workers were banging and yelling until after 830 pm. The hotel looked horrible and I would’ve never chosen to stay there had I known that it looked like an abandoned building on the inside.

The beds are comfortable...has a kitchenette with kitchenware...Hotel is clean...washers and dryers are free...Employees are friendly and helpful....currently the Hotel is doing renovations, but still a good stay

The lady at the front desk is highly inappropriate. I said “hello” as I approached the desk and she didn’t even say hi back she just told me to wait (because she wasn’t clocked in yet) with an attitude. Then, when she was finally ready, she asked me what kind of skin condition I had like it was any of her business.

The facility was going renovation however the smell in aroma of the facility smells like sale and old smoke. In my room the smell of smoke was very strong. I had candles burning in the hotel room to eliminate the odor. However, it did little to help the staff was very polite and nice and kind. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the overall appearance of the hotel however, the staff again very pleasant.

This was my first time staying at this hotel at this particular location. Having the suite amenities such as the microwave and stop top is truly a gem. I had a great check in with Armando. He was so kind to me and my daughter, he was respectful, and friendly. His customer service skills will take him very far in life. It was such a peaceful trip. I would definitely visit this location again. Thank you Sonesta & Armando. I truly appreciate you!

Renovations started during my first week of stay. I had to change rooms. The room that I moved to was complete but the corridor was not. The place was a mess with construction equipment. There were signs up about the construction but no staff member ever verbally acknowledged it or asked if they help with anything.
The staff wasnt very friendly. They weren't nasty-just not friendly.
This was four week stay for me and I appreciated that the hotel offered cooking appliances and utensils. They customized housekeeping services and had free laundry facilities.

Although under construction. It was a comfortable stay considering my work is over night and i sleep during the day. Front desk staff very courteous and welcoming!
