Comodissimo serviced apartment in centro.
Pulitissima la stanza e molto gentile il gestore. Comodo il bar sottostante per la colazione.
Con mezz’ora di macchina si arriva alla stazione di Tirano per il Bernina Express!

Extremeley friendly and helpful staff. Would reccomend this place for sure. Easy walking distance to the central piazza and lots of eating options. My advice for dinner, check out 'Da Beppe' about 1 block from hotel and well worth the visit for dining at night.

Our stay was perfect, Alessio from Piazzi House was the best host! He met us upon arrival, showed us where the complimentary parking was, suggested a wonderful restaurant, and called to make the reservation for us! My husband and I have been in Italy for 2 1/2 weeks of our 4 week stay, and Piazzi House, and the town of Sondrio is so far our favorite. The room itself was clean with ample room, the bathroom is nicely situated, the kitchenette just the right size, and the deck with chairs is refreshing to sit and have a cup of coffee, or just enjoy the sunshine. Thank you for everything Alessio!

My Wife and I stayed at Piazzi House for two nights in July 2023. It is well located, and we welcomed the free parking. The room was fine and had a functional kitchen. Marco was very pleasant and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel could do with some renovation and our room was a little noisy as it faced the street. Overall, good value for money.

We were only there for one night which we were really sad about as the apartment is fantastic! Smart, clean, stylish with lovely underfloor heating, loads of space and really good linen. Alessio was so helpful suggesting places to eat within walking distance (it was very snowy!) and he even gave us a lift to the train station the next morning - brilliant service. We thoroughly recommend Piazzi House.

Excellent structure for those like us who travel with children alternating excursions in Valtellina and days on the snow: there is the comfort of a spacious apartment equipped with a kitchen, but also excellent services, such as daily cleaning of the apartment, garage, proximity in the center of Sondrio and a nice television which doesn't hurt with children. C

Very nice and clean residence. Excellent location in the center of Sondrio. Used as a base for skiing. Spacious two-room apartment with comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, wifi, smart TV. Friendly and helpful owners.

Beautiful stay, the hotel is located a few steps from the center of Sondrio, the apartment with the very comfortable kitchenette, for those who want to cook the food shops are 5 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by car. There are so many beautiful places to see that can be easily reached from Sondrio in an hour (even less) by car, I was fascinated by the beautiful Val di Mello, then we went to the Fellaria glacier, then there is Bormio nearby, in short, lots of choice ! Obviously the kindness of the owner who provided us with excellent information on restaurants and places for excursions!!
