前台服務態度沒得説很熱情，就是房間裏進去地上一攤水，房間有點潮整體評價還是不錯的那個房間衞生間門應該是沒設計好導致洗澡會有水濺出來還有洗衣服務

酒店服務挺不錯的，提前把空調開啟了，房間的空調挺給力的.很暖和，因為主要是用於休息所以房間是提前溝通過的特意安排比較安靜的，衞生也不錯，洗澡水量也很大，熱水温度也很適合我，不過意外的是房間還有免費的眼罩，畢竟酒店價位不高，挺便宜的，在以前入住的酒店中還沒有發現提供這些物品的所以比較意外，必須點個贊，走的時候前台小姐姐瞭解我要去荊州坐車，還幫我叫車，給我拿了兩瓶水，熱情極了，後來才發現酒店還有更多讓我以意外的服務，推薦給你們，下次有機會再來體驗

房間不乾淨 ，臭氣熏天 ，去前台的時候問房間還説沒有特價房型了，問她為什麼網上可以訂到，她説她忘記關房了，我直接説是不是沒有，準備走，她就説給我升級什麼的，我以為能好到哪去，都是內窗，房間超級小我感覺不就是騙人，還要我把網上退了，收一樣的錢，我問她都一樣我退有什麼區別，給你多拿錢不成，

酒店挺不錯，房間衞生很乾凈，前台服務員態度熱情，還給我們送了兩瓶水和零食，有免費的刮鬍刀和眼罩，對於我這種老喜歡啥都不帶住店的人來説很人性化，棋牌桌也很新，手感特別好😂，推薦推薦！

住了兩天，亮點是見的前兩個前台小姐姐都挺好的，退房時的人服務態度一般般，讓我先給好評，我拒絕了。
差評原因：
給我分的房子沒有網，兩天都沒網，第一天蹭了隔壁的網或者樓下的網混着用，信號比較弱，第二天全部沒有網，見下圖。然後給前台電話，前台讓保安大叔上來用自己的手機試，我開着門在門口問，結果保安大叔又不會修網，門口聯網跟我躺床上聯網信號又不一樣。我説算了，過了一會兒，外面有男的敲門，説給換房間看有沒有網，沒敢開，不知道是不是前台安排的，前台也沒打電話，感覺有點恐怖。正常情況下女士單獨住的話服務人員應該至少有個女的一起來。
第二天半夜，被滴聲吵醒，每隔幾十秒滴一聲，一直到第二天早上。半夜忍了幾個小時後忍不住給前台打電話，前台説找阿姨看，根本沒有，晚上一點沒休息好。不知道是樓道消防設備問題，還是什麼電池不夠的原因。早上退房還讓給好評，最起碼的睡都沒睡好，不想給。
