Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

Had initially made the booking through goibibo but there were payment issues on the app. At the time of booking it was a very smooth experience. Mr Pradeep from front desk was very professional and helpful in giving the same rate . At the time of check in again it was a very pleasant and smooth experience. We were very happy with the entire experience at the hotel. All their staff are polite, courteous and professional. We would definitely want to take the 2 hour drive from the airport and still come back to this hotel next time for sure. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, surrounded by beautiful plants & trees, Staff is friendly and helpful and their rooms are quite spacious. Located 4 minutes from Palolem Beach; making it a short walk to the beach. For fitness enthusiasts, this is the best gym i have ever seen in a hotel, they have all the equipments. Play area for the kids has everything so the kids can also have fun.

I traveled akl ***** from Germany tk visit Palolem and i had very good stay with Sorbit hotel in Palollem, all stuffs were kind and helpful, they provide the best service ever, i recommand strongly and i would visit back again. Thanks for the warm hosting

It was a very good service from a girl named "shikha" From the moment I stepped into the serene ambiance of the spa, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility. The calming aroma of essential oils greeted me as I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who exuded professionalism and genuine care. Sobit Sarovar Portico (Goa) has been a great place of stay with a fulfilling experience. Loved the overall experience with a friendly staff, good amenities and a wonderful array of food. Would certainly recommend it to family & friends. Being located in South Goa, the surroundings are laid back and less happening as compared to North Goa, but the drive through Karmal Ghat is a rich experience with good quality roads.

Great Ambience. Extremely supportive and well mannered staff. Buffet spread for breakfast, lunch & dinner were really good. Food quality and taste was amazing. We had a great time in the pool. Overall it was a relaxing and fun filled stay. Looking forward for more visits.
