Absolutely loved my stay. The service was top-notch and check-in was a breeze. And the coffee at the lobby bar was definitely my fav.

This is just an average hotel. Lift was way too slow & waiting time is v long during busy hours. Room cards were faulty during my stay & gotta get it replaced couple of times.
The only plus point is the view which is magnificent

We are in constant contact with our lift contractors to improve the overall lift performance as you are correct, particular during busy periods with many guest movements the amount of lift we had available was not enough and the lift service therefore too slow. Unfortunately, we experienced a few software issues during your stay (which effected the room cards as well) and a technician from the lift company had to attend which took more time than expected due to public holiday and weekend. This hotel is beyond my expectations, at this reasonable price, the service provided is sufficient, high-quality and I am satisfied to choose this hotel for my first trip to Melbourne. From the roomโs window I could see the scenery of city.The Aussie-style breakfast provided in 5th floor dining hall is good and refreshing to me. The roof bar is a great choice for a cocktail. If I have chance I would like give recommendations to my friends to choose this hotel if they are planning a trip to Melbourne.

Was attending a week long conference at the nearby convention center so location was key. Just 10 minutes walk and a 3 minute jog away.
Room I stayed in was had an adjoining living room and only cost a little more. Gym was quite good with quite a bit of free weights.
And if you get a high floor facing the convention center youโll get the view you see in my photo๐๐ผ

The hotel was not in the most exciting area but for my purpose of attending a week long conference at the MCEC it was quite acceptable - only 10 minutes walk, but if you jog a bit it's only 5 minutes away. The gym was reasonably well equipped. If they had a swimming pool it would have been perfect!
The view from 18/F overlooking the convention centre was impressive... when the it was sunny ๐
Didn't use their breakfast or their restaurants so I can't comment on those.

Great Hotel, except I nearly got stuck in the elevator door, The door kept closing while we were trying to exit with our trolley luggage. Donโt think there is a sensor on the lift door to detect if someone is still busy to exit. Other than that it was a great experience with the restaurant on level 40 the highlight of our trip. Oh and they Double booked our first night and we had to stay in a deluxe room instead of our suite we booked on the 39th floor. But they tried hard to compensate for it. We cannot fault the service. Will definitely book again.

Frankly speaking the room is not clean than what I m expecting and the location is not really the Melbourne downtown, with this price I am expecting more

I was attending in a conference at the convention center and the location of the hotel was excellent for quick access to the meetings. I scored 4/5 for location as it wasn't quite in the heart of everything.
My apartment was clean, spacious and very modern decor. I have stayed elsewhere in Melbourne previously and this accommodation exceeds all of the others for comfort and a feeling of opulence. I was staying on my own and wanted gym facilities- the gym was amazing. Quite often the photos of gyms are deceptive in the adverts but not this one, it had everything I needed for a great workout, with a fantastic view of the city.
Room service was good but not a huge range of choice. The convenience store below the hotel although convenient was way overpriced. I could see there was not a lot of traffic through the store- I suspect it is because people go there once in their stay, see it is really expensive and then go elsewhere. This would be easily fixed if the owners didn't focus on maximizing profits on just a few items.
All in all this was a great hotel for a single female traveler and I would definitely stay here again. I ahve pasted a picture from the gym balcony- soo cool
