"No exaggeration... this is the most hassle-free hotel near Changsha South Station! I picked this hotel randomly for a business trip to Changsha, and it turned out to be super convenient.
✅ It's very close to both the high-speed rail station and the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which makes catching the train a breeze.
✅ The projector quality is crystal clear. My friend and I snuggled in bed watching dramas at night – it created such a great atmosphere, just like a private cinema. The whole room is smart-controlled; you can open/close curtains and adjust lighting all by voice.
✅ Full of thoughtful details – they even provided lingerie detergent and disposable face towels! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation.
✅ The lobby is a multi-functional space. You can have a light meal in the morning and enjoy a drink in the evening. The public areas have a strong artistic vibe, so if you don't feel like going out, you can take some great photos right in the hotel.
✅ The service is genuinely excellent. My clothes accidentally fell onto the balcony, and the front desk handled it incredibly promptly. They quietly retrieved them in the morning and left them at the front desk for us.
👍 Overall, it offers great value for money, with attentive yet non-intrusive service. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers and definitely worth recommending."

The new Chinese-style lobby is elegant and grand. The river view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the Xiang River and Orange Isle, offering breathtaking night views. The bedding is soft and promotes a good night's sleep, and the amenities are high-quality. Breakfast includes authentic Changsha rice noodles and Tangyou Baba, with a rich variety of options. Our housekeeper, Lucy, provided attentive and detailed service. The heated pool and gym are well-equipped. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be staying here again."

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Sunnie proactively added me on WeChat and was exceptionally thorough in checking on my experience and needs during my stay, even coordinating solutions for minor issues. It was a truly perfect experience. As seen in the photos, the hotel clearly marks walking routes with cards for guests wanting to stroll around Meixi Lake early in the morning or after meals, and the non-slip treatment in the shower is excellent. The smart room felt dreamlike.

As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

Downstairs, there are buses that go to places like Binhe Road, and the subway is just a few minutes' walk away. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious – I ate them every day during my stay. The hotel also provides a dining voucher, and I only found out after checking that the restaurant on the second floor is actually a popular spot. Their chopped chili fish head was the best I had during my four days in Changsha... The only downside is the poor soundproofing; there were noisy kids upstairs jumping around late at night.

The hotel is literally at the doorstep of the hall and they have buggies to send to the entrance where you just walk five minutes to the ticket gantry. When I walked in the concert‘s playlist was playing at the lobby which had a huge standee for photo taking. They even gave a little snack pack and photo card. Super pleased with the service and care, esp since I was injured. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok including delivering breakfast to my room. Staff also checked in on me so I didn’t feel scared as a female solo traveller. The hotel may look old but it’s spacious, clean and had plush amenities. I had a really good stay and will be back. 闪闪小姐姐真的让我感觉到人间温暖。他一看到我的脚踝受伤就立马请我坐下帮我办理入住。酒店员工也一直扶着我提行李。保洁大姐也很照顾我。外卖和滴滴都能到你房外。特别方便。闪闪小姐姐也天天专程打包早餐送到我房。真的让我哭死了。 本来因为受伤而沮丧的可是陌生人的关怀让我振作起来。 我的长沙不二首选。谢！

The location was incredibly convenient – just a ten-minute drive from my client's office, and right next to a subway station. There were also several authentic local eateries nearby, which saved me a lot of trouble looking for food. When I checked in, the young lady at the front desk (273) was very friendly and efficient. She even proactively informed me about the free parking hours at a nearby lot, which was a thoughtful touch that made me feel very comfortable. The room was more spacious than I expected, with a clean and cozy off-white decor. The bed was just the right firmness; as someone with back issues, I slept well for two nights without any discomfort. The hot water in the bathroom came quickly and had good pressure, which was great for washing away the day's fatigue. What surprised me most was the soundproofing – despite being on a main road, I could barely hear any traffic noise once the window was closed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. The hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but everything was genuinely local and delicious. The freshly made noodles had a rich broth, and the steamed buns had thin wrappers and generous fillings. Paired with some refreshing side dishes, it was a great way to start the workday. On check-out day, I was in a rush and had a lot of luggage, but a bellhop helped me carry it to my car – that service was truly excellent. I used to think business hotel stays were just about getting by, but this time it was a different experience. No fancy frills, but it perfectly met the most essential needs: cleanliness, quietness, and thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in this city.

GGuest UserI finally stayed at Rainbow B&B, which I'd been wanting to visit for ages! Located on the 17th floor of Dadi Jinshu, the elevator is convenient and never crowded. The scenery and views are absolutely fantastic—opening the window reveals a view of the river and the bridge. The river shrouded in mist in the morning is so soothing, and sitting by the window in the evening watching the traffic and the sunset perfectly captures the travel atmosphere. Staying on a high floor is truly an amazing experience, and it's also great for taking photos and posting on social media!
As soon as I arrived at ”BRO HUB,” I was struck by its relaxed atmosphere: a green corner converted from a bathtub, a lounge area with rattan chairs and a camping table, and even a small barbecue grill (the owner mentioned they occasionally organize barbecues). Even those with social anxiety can feel comfortable here, and those with more social skills can easily gather and chat. I made some great friends here, and we immediately made plans to visit Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain together the next day!
The indoor kitchen area was fully equipped with a microwave, air fryer, and rice cooker, and even had plenty of disposable cups and a kettle. I bought some local snacks to heat up and eat later. It felt as comfortable as staying at a friend's house—the attention to detail was truly touching!
The owner is a very easygoing person. He proactively shares local hidden gems and even chats with guests in the common area in the evenings, creating a completely relaxed atmosphere without any sense of distance between ”owner and guest.” I stayed for two days and was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave. The value for money was outstanding, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
