KKIKIFUUHighly recommend the Wellesley Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake! My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨
🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

LLogan_LuThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city with excellent transportation links all around. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful hospitality – upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket and aromatic freshly ground coffee. The room even has a capsule coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup anytime you like. This kind of meticulous attention to detail really makes you feel pampered. And the professional service from the hotel staff was equally impressive; every single team member was smiling, warm, and attentive.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at this hotel because we were seeing a show at the Meixi Lake Grand Theatre, and it's super convenient – just a five-minute walk away. They called us a day before to confirm our booking and Marriott Bonvoy account, which was great. However, when we got to the front desk, they told us the room type we booked wasn't available. They offered an upgrade but with an extra rollaway bed, which wasn't ideal for friends traveling together – a king bed and a small extra bed isn't really suitable. Thankfully, they resolved the issue in the end, but for a Marriott property that confirmed our booking in advance, not having the booked room type available was a bit surprising.
The room itself was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, not like those central systems that can be hit or miss.
Breakfast officially goes until 10:30 AM, but the noodle station was already closed by 10 AM. Also, it has some common Marriott chain issues like poor soundproofing on the doors and no screen mirroring for the TV.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It's less than 100 meters from Metro Line 2, making transportation super convenient whether you're heading to the South Railway Station or Huanghua Airport. It's also really close to popular attractions like Yuelu Mountain, Orange Isle, and Wuyi Square, so getting back after sightseeing is a breeze. The surrounding area has bustling commercial districts and a Fisherman's Wharf, yet it manages to be peaceful despite being in a busy spot. It's a great choice whether you're visiting Changsha for tourism or a business trip, highly recommend! 👍

BBanlidelixiangshenghuoLin and Lilian, the receptionists on the sixth floor of W Changsha, are an absolute credit to the hotel! As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

CChanchanshuoOverall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient.
The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade!
The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience.
We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!

GGuest UserMy business trip stay was absolutely perfect, and I have to commend Hotel Mia for their attentive and thoughtful guest service. The front desk staff were polite and gentle, making check-in quick and efficient. They patiently addressed all my requests, showing meticulous care throughout. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to fully relax after a busy workday. The bathroom was tidy, with plenty of hot water. The spacious desk and chair area was perfect for working on a business trip, and the natural light and ventilation were great. The hotel's common areas were quiet, elegant, and impeccably clean everywhere. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around for appointments. From the attentive service to the comfortable living experience, everything was impeccable, offering incredible value for money. The staff truly go above and beyond for their guests, making business travel hassle-free and comfortable. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips, and I highly recommend it to all my business travel companions.

GGuest UserWe specifically chose this hotel for a weekend trip with our child to Window of the World. It was our first stay, and overall, the experience was quite good. We just realized how family-friendly this hotel is! The room was well-equipped and thoughtful, allowing us to rest soundly after a day of sightseeing. The lady at the front desk arranged a room with a lovely view for us; the beautiful scenery really brightened our spirits. The breakfast restaurant even had a picture book corner that our child loved. What really stood out was the hotel's shuttle and valet service – they have a dedicated express lane for transfers to and from Window of the World, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. We're planning to come back with our second child during the summer holiday. Highly recommended! [Strong][Strong]

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for my business trip, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The location was incredibly convenient – just a ten-minute drive from my client's office, and right next to a subway station. There were also several authentic local eateries nearby, which saved me a lot of trouble looking for food. When I checked in, the young lady at the front desk (273) was very friendly and efficient. She even proactively informed me about the free parking hours at a nearby lot, which was a thoughtful touch that made me feel very comfortable. The room was more spacious than I expected, with a clean and cozy off-white decor. The bed was just the right firmness; as someone with back issues, I slept well for two nights without any discomfort. The hot water in the bathroom came quickly and had good pressure, which was great for washing away the day's fatigue. What surprised me most was the soundproofing – despite being on a main road, I could barely hear any traffic noise once the window was closed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. The hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but everything was genuinely local and delicious. The freshly made noodles had a rich broth, and the steamed buns had thin wrappers and generous fillings. Paired with some refreshing side dishes, it was a great way to start the workday. On check-out day, I was in a rush and had a lot of luggage, but a bellhop helped me carry it to my car – that service was truly excellent. I used to think business hotel stays were just about getting by, but this time it was a different experience. No fancy frills, but it perfectly met the most essential needs: cleanliness, quietness, and thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in this city.

GGuest UserI finally stayed at Rainbow B&B, which I'd been wanting to visit for ages! Located on the 17th floor of Dadi Jinshu, the elevator is convenient and never crowded. The scenery and views are absolutely fantastic—opening the window reveals a view of the river and the bridge. The river shrouded in mist in the morning is so soothing, and sitting by the window in the evening watching the traffic and the sunset perfectly captures the travel atmosphere. Staying on a high floor is truly an amazing experience, and it's also great for taking photos and posting on social media!
As soon as I arrived at ”BRO HUB,” I was struck by its relaxed atmosphere: a green corner converted from a bathtub, a lounge area with rattan chairs and a camping table, and even a small barbecue grill (the owner mentioned they occasionally organize barbecues). Even those with social anxiety can feel comfortable here, and those with more social skills can easily gather and chat. I made some great friends here, and we immediately made plans to visit Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain together the next day!
The indoor kitchen area was fully equipped with a microwave, air fryer, and rice cooker, and even had plenty of disposable cups and a kettle. I bought some local snacks to heat up and eat later. It felt as comfortable as staying at a friend's house—the attention to detail was truly touching!
The owner is a very easygoing person. He proactively shares local hidden gems and even chats with guests in the common area in the evenings, creating a completely relaxed atmosphere without any sense of distance between ”owner and guest.” I stayed for two days and was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave. The value for money was outstanding, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
