Highly recommend the Wellesley Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake! My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨
🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Logan_LuThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city with excellent transportation links all around. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful hospitality – upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket and aromatic freshly ground coffee. The room even has a capsule coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup anytime you like. This kind of meticulous attention to detail really makes you feel pampered. And the professional service from the hotel staff was equally impressive; every single team member was smiling, warm, and attentive.

wangreyThe room was on a high floor, offering panoramic views of Meixi Lake and a distant glimpse of Yuelu Mountain – a rare find in Changsha to have both mountain and lake views from one spot. The butler service was very attentive and responsive. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the internet speed was fast. Plus, the nearby subway line goes directly to the high-speed train station, which was super convenient. I was really pleased with both the view and the service. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Guest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Stellar, whose service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout. They proactively checked our needs and were always available when we needed anything. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the concierge proactively helped us with our luggage. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including many local Changsha specialties. The location is excellent, close to the Xiang River, making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. Overall, the ambiance is grand and elegant.

Guest UserI'd highly recommend this hotel. I'm quite picky when it comes to hotels when I travel, so I spent two days poring over various platforms, comparing everything before finally settling on the Ligao Hotel. Two things particularly drew me to it: first, its convenience. It's close to the subway entrance and within walking distance of the busiest commercial district. This means it offers both peace and quiet, yet easy access to the bustling city life – it's the best of both worlds. Second, safety. When traveling with family, safety is paramount, and this hotel is right across from the Provincial Military Region, which gave me a huge sense of security. I even imagined it wouldn't be noisy before I arrived, and it turned out to be true. These are major factors for me when choosing a hotel, and everything else after checking in didn't disappoint either. The hotel provides afternoon tea, beer, and snacks, and unlimited bottled water. The cleaning staff were also very warm and meticulous, doing a very thorough job every day. While it's not a luxury new brand hotel, it offers excellent value for money and a fantastic experience.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Changsha South Railway Station, making it super convenient for getting around. You can also reach Metro Line 4 within a few hundred meters, which is great for visiting attractions like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, or food hotspots like Wuyi Square and Nanmenkou. The hotel's cleanliness was also excellent; I especially appreciated the separate toilet, shower, and vanity areas – very thoughtful. The breakfast selection was quite good, and I particularly enjoyed the noodles – the broth was fresh and delicious. Since I had an early train at 7 AM, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a convenient breakfast for early departures, which was a first for me and incredibly heartwarming. The staff were also very welcoming. All in all, this stay was perfect!

Guest UserMy overall stay was exceptionally pleasant. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it very convenient to take the subway to Yuelu Mountain and explore the city center. The lobby is elegant and grand, and the room was meticulously clean. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the soundproofing was quite good. Linda, a member of the staff, provided thoughtful and attentive service, and checked me in very efficiently. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. This hotel is perfect for both tourists and short trips. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Changsha.

Guest UserI stayed two nights at the St. Regis and one night at the W Hotel in Changsha. The breakfast at the W was comparable to the St. Regis, with a slightly larger dining area that felt less crowded. What really impressed me was that the breakfast restaurant transforms into an incredibly rich and delicious lunch buffet at noon!

ChanchanshuoOverall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient.
The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade!
The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience.
We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!

BaizhuolvzhouI specifically chose to stay at the Niccolo Hotel, a landmark high-rise in Changsha, and what truly amazed me was the panoramic city skyline view. The high-altitude lobby had a fantastic ambiance; standing by the window overlooking the bustling Wuyi Square offered a rich and layered perspective. The hotel's facilities are incredibly comprehensive, with high-end fitness equipment, a serene spa, and multiple distinctive dining options. The rooms are spacious, the soft furnishings are exquisite, the amenities are high-quality, and the soundproofing is excellent. Ashley provided exceptional service, proactively recommending the best room type for views and meticulously explaining the operating hours of the public facilities. She was very responsive to all requests. The unique high-altitude scenery combined with well-appointed and sophisticated hardware ensures maximum comfort. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Changsha.
