Booked a last minute stay with Novotel but turned out quite a positive experience! Location is good, within walking distance to Lincheng East Metro station. Went to watch concert and hotel provided transport service from hotel to stadium, which was very helpful for us! Also offered complimentary breakfast for one day but due to clashing of schedule we were unable to enjoy. Hotel slippers is free size and is too big for ladies, could be quite a challenge to walk around and do note that there will be a fee for bringing back the slippers. It will be better if there is a blind separating the toilet glass and bedroom for more privacy. Overall, hotel furbish is on the older end but the above kind gesture of providing stadium transport and breakfast does make the experience better and location is not bad too! (:

The service is great. The facilities are comprehensive; they have everything, including laundry and ironing services, so you can wash and wear your clothes right away, meaning you don't need to pack extra. The bedding is very soft, hot water is instant and always available. I particularly liked the night light, so you don't stumble in the dark if you get up at night, and the USB charging ports mean you don't need to bring a charger. The hotel's surroundings are also very pleasant. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Haizhu.

The restaurant is clean and neat, which refreshed my impression of hot spring hotels in the province. It can really be a benchmark, even better than some star-rated hotels The private hot spring water is also very comfortable. Poolside room type. This is my second stay, the first being in 2019. I feel like the trees are much lusher now, and the surrounding environment is also better than before. The Chinese restaurant and the all-day dining options are both good, and the service is prompt. The room maintenance is also decent, though the lighting is a bit dim and takes some getting used to. The breakfast could be a bit more meticulous with cleanliness. I will definitely come back; it's so cool and comfortable in the summer, a fantastic place.

There were no hand towels in the guest bathroom and the refrigerator was not plugged in. 4. The environment is good. Except for the restaurant manager, the service of other staff is good.

We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

For someone like me who is afraid of the cold, the experience is great. The park is not big, but the open hot springs are enough and the water is quite clean. Anyway, I think it’s pretty good.
