From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of and the level of service was truly impeccable. What really sets Zoland apart is the one-on-one butler service. Every little request was handled with genuine warmth and attention. We truly felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — every meal was a gourmet experience, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in the cuisine were truly on another level. A very special thank you to Mr Ma, the General Manager, who personally brought us on an evening walk along a route behind the hotel towards Qingyin Temple — a path only locals would know. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about Emeishan. It was such a personal and memorable experience. Zoland isn’t simply a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains — it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make it extraordinary. The combination of serene surroundings, exceptional cuisine, impeccable butler service and incredibly warm hospitality makes this one of those rare stays that you remember long after you leave. A huge thank you to Mr Ma and the entire Zoland team for making our stay so memorable. We came for the beauty and tranquillity of Emeishan, but we left completely won over by the hospitality. Nestled among the mountains, this guesthouse offers a truly healing experience. It's located near Shenshui Pavilion on the slopes of Mount Emei, allowing you to sleep with the mountains and live with the breeze. My friends mentioned that on clear days, you can even catch a glimpse of the Golden Summit from the courtyard. You can walk to Shenshui Pavilion and Zhongfeng Temple, and within 10 minutes, you can enjoy a sip of fresh mountain spring water – it’s incredibly peaceful and therapeutic. The beds are comfortable, and you're embraced by the gentle mountain breeze as you lie down. The courtyard is spacious and elegant, featuring a small tea garden that adds to the interactive experience. There’s also a photogenic cafe and tea space where you can enjoy tea, take photos, or simply relax. The food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and serene, making it perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends. I'm already planning to bring my team here for our next team-building retreat!

This hotel is perfect for a family trip with kids during the summer holidays. The grounds are lovely with lush vegetation and a winding small river. It's a large property, but the service is excellent. You can easily call a shuttle to get anywhere you need to go, which is super convenient. The children's activities are incredibly rich; after breakfast, it's pretty much non-stop attending them. You earn coins by participating in activities, which you can then redeem for gifts when you check out. My nine-year-old had a blast! The room decor is a bit outdated, as the hotel has been around for quite a few years, but the service more than makes up for it. Just a short distance outside the hotel is the Malu Bridge food street, offering many delicious and affordable local specialties! We'll definitely be back next time.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

От ж.д. станции до отеля нужно проехать около 4 км на автобусе № 3: вышли из станции, слева через дорогу здание автовокзала, входите в него, справа от табло выходы на улицу, там останавливаются эти автобусы. Билет стоит 2 юаня, бросить в прозрачный стеклянный ящик, отрывать бумажные. Сдачи не дают, поэтому в Чэнду стоит разменять в метро и вообще запастись мелочью. Остановка через дорогу от отеля. На этом же номере ехать дальше - до огромного Будды, основной городской достопримечательности, езды минут 40. В отеле попросили номер для некурящих, нам в ответ написали, что таких номеров нет ( и это правда, в Китае принято курить в отелях), но нам дадут номер, где вчера никто не жил и там проветривают. Итого запаха особо даже не почувствовали. Номер на 11 этаже с видами. Комната просторная, большая и очень удобная кровать, с 4 подушками. Несмотря на высокий этаж, довольно слышно шум с улицы, помогают только беруши и кондиционер (на тепло). Где-то в отеле идет ремонт (читали об этом в отзывах), сверлить начали в районе 10 утра. Завтраки с 7.30, помещение банкетного зала, с высоченными потолками, отчего там довольно прохладно (китайцы вообще приходят на завтраки в верхней одежде. Выбор сильно беднее, чем в Чэнду, плюс когда пришли не в 7.45, а ровно в 7.30, оказалось, что нет еще большей части еды. За завтраком во всей поездке не было чая - пьют только кофе и молоко. Когда приходят повара, готовят еще лапшу и яичницу. В судках шведского стола - несколько видов овощей на пару, вареные яйца, овощи типа тыквы, несколько видов выпечки.

From September 16th to 18th, a group of four, including two elderly individuals, stayed at the Banyan Tree Emei. The hotel is very new, and the facilities are of high quality. The private hot spring in the room was particularly comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with older family members. Special mention and praise go to our butler, Lola: she proactively communicated with us before our arrival, thoroughly understood our preferences, and arranged for a smooth pick-up. Throughout our stay, she was highly responsive and promptly handled all our requests. Also, a shout-out to our shuttle driver, Carl. His driving was smooth, and he was incredibly considerate, especially given we had elderly passengers, assisting them in and out of the vehicle. After checking out, we realized we had left an item in the room. Our butler, Lola, efficiently and satisfactorily resolved the issue, which was a great relief. Throughout the entire trip, the excellent facilities combined with the warm service, particularly from the butler team and the driver, significantly enhanced our Emei Mountain experience.

We stayed in an older part of the hotel which was fine though a bit rundown. The hot springs were quite nice. The water was hot with a range of pools from 33° to 42°. When we first went in at 3:00 in the afternoon the pools were a bit cooler and they got hotter and hotter as the evening went on. The pools were busier after dinner than they were before dinner. The breakfast buffet had a large variety. The indoor pool was closed during our visit in early February.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. It was also convenient for dining and shopping, and the price/performance ratio was very high. Highly recommended, and the key is the affordability! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Muchuan!
