"The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Despite being right by the road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The service was attentive and polite. Breakfast was simple, but the noodles were delicious, and I also enjoyed a hot spring bath. The location was decent; there's a fruit shop and small restaurants nearby. If you turn right outside, you'll find Aidal and a large supermarket. It was also very convenient to catch a taxi to other places."

I spent two nights at this beautiful hotel, on a visit to Emeishan with my girlfriend. It was an amazing experience! First of all, the pick-up from the train station by the hotel owner was really a welcome touch — he helped us greatly throughout our stay, making sure we had the best possible experience in Emeishan. The room itself was beautiful — amazing views from our own private balcony; a very tasteful, new and comfortable interior; impeccably clean; and a great selection of fruit, snacks, etc. in the room. A beautiful and convenient location too. The breakfast was really good — lots of dishes, and both days were different. It was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning, looking out at mountains, eating a delicious breakfast and drinking coffee. I would highly recommend visiting Emeishan itself, and I think this hotel is the perfect base for a trip there — the next day, we visited Leshan giant Buddha (not far away by train), before returning to Chengdu in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay, and I definitely want to visit again!

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

The architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and wilderness. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including courtyards, guest rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a cafe. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

The hotel's environment is fantastic, a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling Emei Mountain scenic area. Outside, it's lively, but the moment you step into the hotel grounds, it immediately transforms into a peaceful haven. The room is grand and exquisite, with many details that stand up to close inspection. The courtyard is a hidden gem, offering views of the river, lawn, and forest stretching from near to far. It’s incredibly layered and very quiet. The soaking pool in the courtyard is also wonderfully comfortable, filling up quickly. In the end, my son and I decided to skip the crowds at Emei Mountain and just relax in the room, enjoying the scenery – wasn't that a better idea? Finally, a big thank you to our butler, JUNE. She was incredibly attentive, making our check-in seamless, and all our specific personal requests were handled far beyond our expectations. Most importantly, she recommended several restaurants near the hotel entrance, each one more delicious than the last, which was a huge help!

The hotel's landscaping was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the gate to the Wuyou Wharf boardwalk next to the pool was locked, requiring a detour. After my river cruise, I could see my room but couldn't get in. I walked around in the blazing sun for a while before the butler finally picked me up in a shuttle bus at the exit. Butler Xiao Li responded to WeChat messages very quickly, answering all questions promptly and providing timely shuttle service.

Five stars, highly recommend Wyndham Emeishan Resort! The overall experience was impeccable. The hotel is built along the Emei River, offering stunning views of the green mountains right from your window. Lush greenery surrounds the riverbanks, and the air is wonderfully fresh. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Emeishan Tourist Center, making trips up the mountain incredibly convenient. It's a tranquil retreat that still feels vibrant. The hygiene standards are definitely five-star; the guest rooms are spotless, with no hidden corners. The bedding is soft and clean, and the bathroom is dry and odor-free, with meticulous daily housekeeping. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Staff proactively helped with luggage upon arrival, and our dedicated butler, Xiao Li, was always available. She patiently explained hiking routes, and any requests were met with lightning-fast responses. The facilities are comprehensive, with private hot spring baths, outdoor hot springs, a children's playground, a gym, and a tea room – everything you could need. The smart-home enabled rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and you can even enjoy a relaxing fishing session by the river. It's perfect for both family vacations and romantic getaways. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Emeishan!

The room has a small balcony, handy for luggage storage, and laundry facilities are available. It was spotless, with well-kept plants adding to the ambiance. We enjoyed how quiet it was, both day and night, despite being surrounded by plenty of dining options. As an added bonus, you can head up to the third floor for lovely river views. Overall, a very comfortable experience.
