We are pleased to announce the launch of a new direct shuttle bus service between Kansai International Airport(KIX) and ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe, operates two times a day, starting 19th July 2025.

ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe is just 1 subway stop from Sannomiya Railway Terminal, at the heart of Kobe's exciting downtown area. Kobe Airport is 8 km away. To Kyoto it takes 30 minutes by Shinkansen train, and to Osaka only 15 minutes.
"This is a truly excellent hotel. It was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. As I was traveling solo, I left the second bed completely untouched to make cleaning easier for the staff. The friendliness of the staff was also very impressive, and breakfast was superb. Many thanks to all the ANA staff for such a wonderful experience."

GGuest UserThis was our first stay, and we were greeted immediately upon arrival and received kind support throughout our stay, making us feel at ease. We enjoyed making marshmallow sandwiches over a campfire, riding on the swings, and watching the adorable sheep roaming freely on the grounds. Just outside the front door, we could see the sheep, and the children enjoyed feeding and petting them, giving them experiences they wouldn't normally have. The air conditioning in the guest rooms was comfortable, allowing us to relax in a warm space, enjoy the view outside, and sip wine. We would definitely like to stay again. Next time, I'd like to try the hot tub.

AAnonymous UserWe took an express bus from Osaka to Arima Onsen Station. Upon arrival, the hotel shuttle was conveniently waiting right next to the station to take us to the hotel. The hotel is nestled halfway up the mountain, offering a very comfortable environment. Both the outdoor and indoor public baths feature the famous Kinsen (golden) and Ginsen (silver) hot springs. The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was abundant. We also pre-booked the Japanese-style dinner, which was delicious and highly recommended.

The room is very good, the floor-to-ceiling corner window has a beautiful view outside the window, the room facilities are very new, the room facilities are very complete, the room coffee and the refrigerator are very rich, the drinks are full, very considerate. The shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are all Bulgari, the experience is very good. They also thoughtfully prepared men's and women's skin care travel packs, which is very attentive. I would like to especially praise the staff of Hiroko-san who has been serving us since we received them during our stay. They are very enthusiastic, very attentive and very nice. The experience brought to us during our stay was very comfortable and very good. I look forward to meeting Hiroko-san again next time I stay.

AAnonymous UserI booked a corner suite, and the room was huge with an amazing view. It had a massive jacuzzi, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of shopping – I felt completely refreshed and ready to go again the next day! Though, I have to say, for Kobe, the price wasn't exactly cheap, so it really depends on what you're looking for.
During the day, there are malls and an Aeon supermarket around the hotel, but there are no convenience stores nearby at night, which was a bit inconvenient. So, remember to stock up before heading back to the hotel. I didn't book breakfast as it seemed to be a set menu, which I'm not a fan of.
Overall, it was a good experience. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Kobe.

SShenqideyanwoThis stay was in a Japanese-style room. The layout was conventional, not very spacious, and a bit dated, but the cleanliness was good. The hotel's two elevators are quite small, leading to long waits during peak hours, which is inefficient. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and noteworthy.
The bathhouse is divided into public and guest-only sections: the public bath on the 2nd-3rd floors doesn't provide towels but has lockers; the guest-only bath on the GF floor offers hand towels but no lockers, so it's advisable not to bring valuables. Overall, the experience was decent.
The hotel's hillside location makes walking a bit inconvenient, but they offer a shuttle service to the station! You can call the front desk to book it!

GGuest UserThe food is absolutely delicious. Breakfast is healthy and varied: miso soup, curry, rice, omelets, potato salad, sausages, boiled potatoes and broccoli, succulent fried tofu and dried tofu, fish for grilling on a mini-grill, red smoked fish, and cherry tomatoes. There are also tasty pastries like croissants and cinnamon rolls – they don't skimp on butter and jams. Plus, yogurts, sweet fruits in syrup, and muesli. For drinks, there's hot/cold coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, and iced water. The hot spring in the hotel is magnificent – both golden and silver springs, a jacuzzi, a cold pool, and cold rice tea after the onsen. They even sell sake in vending machines! You can buy souvenirs right in the hotel, and the prices are reasonable. It's a 4-minute walk from Arima Onsen station and 6 minutes to the bus stop (which goes directly to Kobe). The value for money is perfect, and the staff really go the extra mile. The kimonos are beautiful!

The location is super convenient, with tons of dining options nearby, making it easy to grab a bite. Transportation is also a breeze, as the hotel's second floor connects directly to the station, which is a huge plus for getting around. The hotel itself is new and very clean, with both the rooms and public areas well-maintained. If you're driving, there's also an underground parking garage, which makes for a hassle-free stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area.
