Spa hotels in Cusco

Our train back from Machu Picchu was delayed, so we didn't get to the hotel until 10 PM. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by a cozy warmth. The turndown service was already complete, and there was even a hot water bottle. It was hands down the best night's sleep we've had so far on this trip. The hotel itself is incredibly stylishly decorated. Breakfast is a buffet, but you can also order à la carte. The coffee is excellent too. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. The food was incredible, especially the breakfast. And the service was better than anywhere else. They helped us with everything we needed and treated us like family :)

There’s a baby alpaca that works in the courtyard! The hotel is nice and clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is it’s slightly further from the main square, but it’s not too bad if you enjoy strolling through the city. The location is closer to the more local part of Cusco so the restaurants nearby have more Peruvian fare, highly recommend!

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. Located in the heart of Cusco, it's incredibly convenient for getting around and finding restaurants. Converted from a monastery over several years, the entire hotel is beautiful and grand, a perfect blend of history and modernity. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite for free. The room was filled with a sense of tranquility, and I slept comfortably at Cusco's high altitude. The breakfast was also plentiful. The only downsides were the slightly noisy air conditioning and the soft pillows, but I still highly recommend this hotel!

Paulina was very responsive to requests and went way above to help us. As we were arriving past midnight and had no cash to pay for taxi she offered to pay first and she met us at apartment to ensure our smooth check-in

Hotel has good view in estaurant and rooftop but little bit far from sqare. It is worth to go up. Staff is very kind and helpful . Breakfast is excellent.

The hot water continued to fail on three consecutive days. Sunday breakfast closed at 9 a.m We had a dispute as they tried to charge additional costs for clean towels and linen The front door displays a massage parlour We were woken at 8.00am by noise in lobby
