Spa hotels in Samarkand

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

Stayed at Mustafa Hotel in Samarkanda. The hotel opened only this year everything is absolutely new, fresh and works perfectly. I liked everything very much. What I would like to note separately: 1. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. The interior is designed to the small stylish, with taste, feels like they have put a soul. It's nice to be in the hall, in the rooms, in the common zones. Not just the ”table” cleanliness, but really beautiful design. 2. Excellent pool. Big plus for Samarkanda after a long day of heat walks it is very nice to swim. The pool is clean, tidy, with a comfortable rest area around. 3. Everything new. Since the hotel opened this year, there are no weared furniture, no rubbish coatings, no pipes with paddles. Everything works like clocks. It's a huge plus that overlaps many other moments. 4. The hotel is modern but cozy. Not a huge, faceless ”concrete box,” but a neat, thoughtful option for comfortable rest. In general, if you want to stay in a really new, beautiful hotel with a great swimming pool and stylish interior Mustafa Hotel, a great choice. I stayed very pleased.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

The room facilities, services and communication were not complained. I think it's a service that can be handled by any country.

Все понравилось: расположение, номер, завтраки. Все чисто, отличная сантехника, полотенца, шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щётка. В номере чайник,, чашки, чай, кофе. Хорошо работает кондиционер. Жили в 206 номере, вид из окна никакой, но нам не критично, в отеле были очень мало. Час спа бесплатно. Но спа не очень. Хамам не работал, вода в бассейне очень холодная и мутноватая, сауна хорошая, но в душе и в бассейне стойкий запах канализации. Есть терраса, с видом на старый город. Приветливая и милая администратор Азиза. В общем все было хорошо👍

Wonderful hotel! It's located just a 15-minute walk from Registan. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo). Breakfast was delicious, with sweet melon and watermelon always available. There's also a pool and sauna, which we booked and used daily. I mentioned in the booking that this trip was a birthday gift for my mom, and they even prepared a small cake for her 🥹 So sweet!

Unexpected hotel, very new, facilities in all aspects are new feeling, hotel service attitude is also good, but originally said in advance to help pack breakfast in the morning and put the refrigerator in the end did not see the arrangement.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel!!!! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and fresh, there was climate control, soft beds, and pristine white linens. The property has a large, deep pool, and a separate one for children. The buffet offered excellent dishes. Many attractions are within walking distance of the hotel.
