lean, friendly, modern. Very bad for senior citizens and people with physical difficulties. The taxi leaves you far away because of a narrow street and you have to drag luggage for a long distance to the property. Also, a big step (8" high) from the room to the bathroom you'll have to go up and down when you have to use the bathroom. Far away from the town center, port, etc. Good for younger people only.

pros: walkable 5 minutes from main walk way.
staff very friendly and is helpful. price decent.
cons: Do Not Attempt to drive there go to that parking lot near and park and then lug your suitcases. this should be texted to every guest prior to arrival.
hot water will run out so make sure to shower before any one else. i had to take a cold shower. i believe neighbor apt. using common area likely on same hot water heater.
two steep steps down through a narrow door way to get into bathroom is extremely dangerous and no hand rail to help and tiled so could get slippery.

Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme à 5 -7 min du vieux Split . Accessible à pieds uniquement. Il faut tenter de se garer au parking public situé Plinarska ulica à 2 min (24€/24h). Les 2 chambres en RC donne sur une courette. Personne sur place; il faut appeler la propriétaire pour se donner RV à l’entrée. Pas de panneau indiquant une location. Google maps recommandé ! Pas de petit dej sur place ; il est servi au petit hôtel Varos Héritage Palace, situé au 16 Bilanova (2 min) de 8 à 10h (en supplément). Une quinzaine de places, buffet correct, sans plus (café instantané et margarine 😕). Notre chambre en RC (15 m2 environ) était plutôt sombre, équipée de la clim et d’un petit frigo. Il y a aussi un mini coffre dans une armoire, TV, le wifi et plateau de courtoisie. Il y a 2 fenêtres en hauteur et il est possible d’en ouvrir une. Dans la petite salle de bain : sèche cheveux, savon, mouchoirs papier, chaussons et du gel douche. C’est propre et bien tenu. En conclusion, c’est bien pour 2 nuits mais petit si on a de grosses valises (et il faut les traîner depuis le parking).
