Stayed the weekend for a wedding, wasn’t expecting much but everything was tip top ! All the staff are so welcoming and friendly,Selina and Lee at breakfast made sure everyone had everything, they apologised for the wait but there wasn’t one ! The room was spotless… whenever I’m back in Ipswich I’ll definitely stay again… thank you, you are a credit to the hospitality industry

Had a excellent stay , staff was so accommodating. 30 of us stayed here for our son wedding. Room nice and clean, very comfortable bed, lovely pillows. Breakfast was also enjoyed by us all, staff worked very hard and looked after us. We stayed for 3 nights Nice pub next door.

We have stayed here before, and loved it. The room on this trip was not up to Premier Inn standards. It was very dull, with inadequate lighting. The shower needed attention as the head needed cleaning.

Great experience. Got there around 8:45. The lady at reception was dealing with a difficult couple about a room change and she dealt with them very professionally and also dealt with me in the middle of this. Room was very clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and perfect.

We stayed here from 19/4/2024 till 21/4/2024 The hotel was lovely in a unique setting the staff were amazing but selina in particular absolutely made our stay !! She is just incredible with her amazing addictive sense of humour very happy go lucky just our kind of person who really makes you feel comfortable and certain to want to return !!! All the staff were just great and a real credit to the organisation but she just made it that much better !!! From Sharon and mark star 🌟 xxx

We had ANOTHER absolutely fantastic stay here!!!! The staff are sooooo lovely and friendly, giving a special shout-out to Silvie who ALWAYS goes way beyond her duties to make us feel welcomed, it’s like coming home!!! Would highly recommend staying at this hotel!!!!
