We are a family of 5 and booked two rooms. From check-in to check-out, the experience was exquisite. We were welcomed by Waseem with kahra and a big smile. The room was comfortable and decorated with traditional wooden craft works. The houseboat has a balcony and terrace. The bathrooms were provided with running hot water and it was clean. Food was served in a buffet. The items were simple but delicious. Overall very good experience.

We stayed here in March and I must say it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The houseboat was of premium quality, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The boat is located on Nikki Lake, which is incredibly beautiful, and the mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Extremely unique stay, super royal & out of the world… such peaceful ambience and surroundings… calmness of the Nigeen lake is biwitching… very helpful staff and the food is so homely. Staying in boathouse should definitely be in bucket list when in Srinagar and I recommend Zaffar boathouse.

Great experience. You will like it if you love sitting next to a calm lake for hours. It is a beautiful experience and brings serenity to the mind. The boat guys should upgrade the boat though as I felt that they are pretty old. The caretakers are fine and helpful

One of our best stays! The view of the lake and mountains from the houseboat was magnificent and breathtaking. Food by the chef was amazing and delicious. Good hospitality and service by our boatkeeper Adil. Would recommend people here. Thank you!

The excellent stay at Zaffer houseboat with my . Food and hospitality is marvellous. The caretaker ADIL is very obedient and humble during stay... very nice guy..... God bless him. Must visit once during Kashmir stay

Best service & hospitality by Mr. Waseem. Food was really good. (Non veg food) House boat experience was good. Nice looking hand crafted interior. Nice looking roof top. Beautiful scenario. hot water available.

My experience in this houseboat was awesome. From clean rooms, fresh beds, washrooms and good food. Everything was on point. And the ambience is amazing. Everyone who's coming to Kashmir must stay. The Caretaker of the boat Wasim was very helpful throughout the time when we were there. Very polite and good behavior.

So I must admit this houseboat is special. Very well furnished and spacious with amazing view of the lake. A perfect getaway place in Srinagar Nigeen lake in beautiful Kashmir. Quiet and away from crowd. You would wake up to an amazing sun rise while enjoying your morning Kahwah on your boat front porch. And then enters the amazing hospitality of staff and ***ager. Adil was a personal concierge during my entire stay making the stay so comfortable from getting the choice of breakfast and dinner (food here by the way is delicious here with so ***y Kashmiri dishes) to pretty much anything you request for, being always available. A must stay while you are in Srinagar.
