Outstanding
LLiuThis was a very clean and nice unit. It's right on the ocean, and within short driving distance of most destinations in Hakodate. We spent 2 nights here but would've loved to stay longer. The house is very clean, well-decorated, and the internet is very very quick. It was my favourite place to stay during our roadtrip throughout Hokkaido.
One small annoyance is there is some construction on the lot nearby, but that noise only occurs during work hours.

GGuest UserTerrific location near a lot of points of interest and bar/restaurants. The owners were extremely welcoming. Rooms are quaint and small but do the job. Bath is nice. Price was great. Would highly recommend.

The parking lot was already filled with two dedicated cars, and I paid about 1000 yen on my own
Check-in is done on the terminal installed on the wall of the building, but I called the management company, but it didn't go well, and the staff came to the inn on the second phone and solved it.
The family who arrived before me was not able to check in, but the staff came and wanted to solve it
Until the staff arrived, 4.5 minutes

Low 々 Unfortunately, the walls are thin. It would have been nice if the soundproofing material was further included.
Still, I would like to stay if I have another chance.

The facilities were well-equipped, which was nice.
The people at the accommodation were very kind and helpful.
However, there were stains on the suit and other items, and there were bugs, which was a bit disappointing.

RRaymond_TangThis is a Japanese love hotel, for adults only. Location is remote, but not difficult to find. There is a dedicated parking for each room, very high privacy. Room rate was very low, and breakfast was included, surprise! May be a bit inconvient if you cannot speak any Japanese in case you need help.

MMAKOTOAlthough it is a classic appearance, it was good that the interior was beautifully pasted with wallpaper and was a bright room.
I was worried that the top of the WC tank was flooded and the cups and amenities were flooded.
I am satisfied with the software side because of the consideration that tourists are happy with, such as the handmade guidebook of recommended restaurants in the area.

GGuest UserHotel facilities are relatively old and old, we have a small room with a small bed, at most 1.3 meters wide, two medium-sized people will also squeeze some sleep. The rooms are small, but there are some, the pillows and the quilts are very thin, and the quilts are laid on the list, and the cover will be uncomfortable. However, the location of the hotel is super good. It takes less than 4 minutes to get off at the JR station. The opposite is Hakodate. It is also one kilometer away from Hakodate. It is also close to the bus stop and tram stop. Go to Goryokaku. The park is also convenient.

GGuest UserIf you are traveling by public transportation, you may need to walk a bit to reach this location. The room itself was clean and the reception was friendly. However, there was no air conditioner (there was an appliance that looked like a heater + air conditioner, but as a foreigner who doesn't know Japanese, I didn't know how to operate it). Those who can't survive with just a fan would be better off looking for other accommodations, but Hokkaido itself isn't that hot, so if you're looking for cost-effectiveness, I highly recommend it to everyone
Although the facilities are a bit worn out, they are kept clean and although the toilets and shower rooms are old, the water facilities are up to date.
